Ive not ever been to this place looks like they have a lot of interesting items and I love the outdoors. Im always hoping for a bigfoot sighting or to discover a magical land like Alive in Wonderland. May be it is wonderland because I was not there yesterday...or any day that I can remember.

Pretty cool that they have a store here. All their stuff is expensive but its all top quality from a well known brand that people trust. Good service, great hiking pants.

Went to this store with my wife on 8/15/20. My wife had her eye on a specific backpack, and she wanted to go and try it on and see how it felt. Leo was awesome. He was very attentive, and helped us out right away. He was not pushy at all. He gave us suggestions and helped my wife make the decision. He also helped me pick out some great trousers for trekking. He even knew my waist size just by looking at me! He is definitely an expert on the entire Fjallraven product line! Richard was also in the store and helped me out with finding a belt that I needed. Both guys were awesome, and very pleasant. We are now customers for life. All of the products are flawless in design and of excellent quality.

Finally got the kid that backpack shes been asking for. The staff was very helpful. I hope this bag last for 20 years.

Shopping for something just a little different? My wife and I stopped in here during our trip to the Mall of America while traveling. If you like outdoor recreation such as hiking this is a great place to pick up some very durable and stylish clothing. They are priced a bit on the high side but you definitely get what you pay for. The staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable and the buying experience was 5 star! We would definitely shop here again.

Huge place! Fun to take the kids and the amusement park is part of that. Its just about too big to do the whole thing in a day unless you dont go in any shops. Lego land is the second thing we always do and has changed a ton since I was a kid. Always cool to see what is new out there though. Parking in the parking garage is okay but you have walk a ways sometimes which is kind of expected when visiting a place like this. Food and other things are more expensive here which is also expected. Its something to do at least once in your life!

I walked in with my friend to ask the employees how to clean my kanken because I had just gotten it the day before and it was already stained black due to my black jeans and the employees there were the absolute sweetest. I forgot to catch his name but he was so incredibly attentive and he even showed how to get my precious Kanken Sling in Ochre to go back to its former glory. All of the employees were so nice and sweet and I would definitely go back over and over again because of the wonderful service. I already loved Fjällräven but I fell in love with the employees more~

Fun place but very busy

The manager Leo was very kind and didnt hesitate to bring us the different colors and sizes from the backroom. Was very patient with us deciding which backpack to buy. Would come again!

Bought a pair of pants from here. Staff was great but more importantly the product is fantastic. Would definitely buy more products in the future and recommend the brand to most people. Yes, they are expensive but you get what you pay for.

Small store given the massive selection online . Well made clothes built to last . Few notes : this gear is made for tall Nordic people . Their XL fits like a normal large to many who are short and built . Several of their lines fit differently, so try it on ! Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

What a huge Mall. We didnt get to see all of it but we will definitely need to make a day of vacation time to come back just to check all 4 levels out the next time.

Staff is super knowledgeable in both locations. Thsi store has more to offer than the uptown location as far as inventory. Given the large amount of item they do carry I was surprised to see that neither carried very much in the store. I can order online any day of the week, if I have come to a store I typically want to see the merchandise up close before investing. As most of the price tags here will tell you, this is not a cheap place to buy anything. So while I trust the brand, it is so helpful in buying decisions to have a look at certain things before purchasing. I hate the return process.

Over priced but looks good.and purpose built. Well see.how my new pants handle deer, duck, goose, turkey, and upland game bird hunting! Most other brand of pants I can get at best 2 years.

Cool stuff

I recently bought my daughter her 2nd Kanken, this one a laptop compartment, for school and we both love the functionality and look of Fjallraven. I needed something to use a diaper bag because I dont want an actual diaper bag and decided check out the store at the MOA. The salesclerk was awesome and helpful, and I ended up with a Totepack2 (LOVE the leather). I am tempted to head back to find other goodies now!

I took my backpack to get a strap repaired. They said the bag would be repaired or replaced and shipped back to me within 2 weeks. The bag never arrived and after a month of waiting with no word I went into the store. Apparently the bag was too damaged to be repaired, but they never contacted me to inform me of this change. I was also not originally informed that they were discontinuing the style bag I had so that the process of getting a replacement would be a hassle. They were unapologetic and gave me a limited selection of different colored bags to choose from. Very disappointed with the costumer service and will not be going back.

Was hoping the bags would be in plastic bags wrap so it wont get dirty since its pretty spendy for it.. Have one on display for the different bags so ppl can touch and see..

I was very happy when I found that they do in fact stock/sell Gränsfors Bruks axes (from the splitting maul to the small hand hatchet). I was able to walk in and pick up my very own Small Forest Axe with 0 hassle, which I was expecting to wait up to 3 months for it at almost any other retailer. They were even able to hold it for me while I continued shopping, since MOA policy says no axes outside in other stores. Very helpful staff members, and a great atmosphere. Cant wait to buy another ax/coat from them.
