Went to return an online purchase and I looked around for awhile. The associates were very nice and helpful. Store is clean and set up very nice.

Expensive 🤪 but really nice fancy things

Staff was so helpful and sweet loved it cant wait to go back.

Michael kors is good nothing more to say

I truly like my Michael Kors handbag that was purchased at the Mall of America. Its classic and easy to match to a lot of outfits. It works well in dressy jeans to skirt and blouse outfits; I use it a lot for work and casual outings. My is roomy enough to use for smaller/lighter purchases when shopping.The staff was helpful while making our purchase. The zippers work properly and the patterns are classic.The one we purchased only had a short handle and we were hoping to by the shoulder version, too. However that wasnt an option, even though we could see the same purse there with the long shoulder strap.A bit later the front outside pocket lining developed a large opening. When we returned, the manager was kind and took it in for repair. We weren’t asked to send along photos. I do recommend hanging onto your receipt when requesting a repair. A few weeks later I was called that it was ready. They had made a marvelous repair and didnt charge me for it. Nor did I need to show the receipt again at pickup.I have heard of others who tried to get a repair with an online request, but recommend that if you need one, go and talk to a local branch manager in person.

Mall of America...and MK shopping

This place sucks, I came in there looking for a product and was very nice to the lady (with gray hair). I was in mid conversation and asking questions about a product and she just turns away like I wasnt even there. I was like huh? Dont shop here, terrible customer experience. Went a few stores down and purchased my product.

Wow, cant believe how expensive everything is. Nice staff. I bet the prices are because of the high rent in this mofo.

Went to the Mall of America store at around 8:30pm on 12/11/18 to ask for a gift box for the hand bag I had purchased for my wife as a Christmas gift that very same day at another location. I brought the purse and receipt to show proof of purchase but they would not give me a gift box. The two young ladies working at the time looked at me as if I was attempting to get something for free when in fact I forgot to ask at the store where I purchased and I just wanted the gift to be nicely wrapped for my wife. One of them said “those cost us $25/ box” when I offered to pay the $25 they said “we don’t sell those”. I am seriously considering returning the gift all together, what a terrible customer service experience.

Cam and Robyn the managers took care of my order personally in an excellent manner and made sure I get the UPS delivery as they did keep track of it and keep me updated upon my request. So thanks a lot!

Hardly any snobs

Awful experience. We went into the store wanting to know more information about their smart watches. The lady told us the prices but once she found out we werent officially going to purchase something she turned her back on us while we were still talking to her. Some of the worst costumer service Ive ever experience.

Excellent service ans BEST price!!!

So I went into the MK store to buy my girlfriend a smart watch. None of the 2 clerks ladies approached us. There were no prices on the watches so you would think a clerk would approach you to discuss the pricing. Both ladies ignored us and just kept talkin among each other. But then asked if we were looking for something while we were leaving. This is the 2nd time this store has done this to me and my wife, she even asked if there was another MKstore in the mall because of there poor service. I ended up buyin her a purse next door at Burberry (that cost 1200 that I wasnt tryin to spend,compared to a $400 watch). MK employees need to do better

Wifey loves this mall! She goes straight to the expensive stores which is very scary. I do appreciate this mall being indoors as we have quite a lot of outdoor malls in San Diego and its just not very good during winter time.

This is to the young woman who helped me yesterday. I walked in looking for a keychain that Michael Kors makes. You did not have the product so you showed me a different product that I liked. I told you that I currently had a fur keychain, but yours looked way better. When i showed you my keychain you said OH NO. this is NOT real fur. which it was. It was purchased from YOUR store. When I told you that, you LAUGHED in my face & questioned me on which location I purchased it from. You then said LOOK HOW SAD YOURS LOOKS COMPARED TO THIS ONE. I immediately walked out & held back words for you. I love Michael Kors but if you are ever working again I will not return. You make the store look bad. Rethink your sales strategy girl. Rethink it.
