An amazing, ephemeral collection!! Curated by owner Nick Ayala and showcasing iconic relics, both old and new, his hand-selected inventory is priced very reasonably amongst comparable specialty shops nationwide. SLCT Stock isn’t a “thrift” store, as the merchandise isn’t acquired via donations. Nick careful chooses and buys only the items congruent with the SLCT business brand, of which, he modeled according to personal passions and affinities. As a 90’s kid, he was inspired by Jordans, Seinfeld and sportswear (to name only few of many). The most coveted brandnames and styles are consistently revolving among merchandise for sale in the retail location across from the IU sample gates. He has sizable overhead, setting up shop in Indiana’s #1 “most expensive place to live,” but seems to be undaunted by that. His passion alone drives him toward a sustainable brand that I think is about to really take off! His business acumen (coupled with vast industry knowledge and unrivaled customer service skills) makes him a powerhouse - in both local entrepreneurship and world fashion. I am genuinely impressed with this dude! Anyone looking for highly-sought, hard to find, or rare specialty pieces MUST frequent SLCT Stock, or you’re bound to miss some legendary merchandise. Stop in to meet Mr. Ayala and check out what he’s doing in Btown. It’s truly remarkable and he is one of the nicest business owners I have ever met in Indiana!! If you’re looking to sell some of your apparel, he is also a generously fair negotiator, offering clients more scratch than Corporate resellers (i.e. Plato’s or similar franchises) for items that fit the SLCT brand. Overall, Nick of SLCT Stock is an asset to the community and a good dude you’ll be glad to know!! Good job, yo 🤘🏼👟👍!
