Cool Store. A Lot Of Neat Merchandise And Selection. The Store Is Clean, Well Organized And Interesting. Great Selection Of pre owned games for PS4. Jarad was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Overall Cool Atmosphere.

I really enjoy this store. I used to go to the Peoria locations, but the one here in Bloomington is great.

They were friendly and very helpful. The only complaint I really had was trying to push the warranty on me for the elite series 2 controller. While I understood the point of the warranty, Ive never had the issue he described as the reasoning behind why he recommended the warranty. And I was asked if I was sure if I didnt want the warranty after already stating that I didnt want it, do to the fact Ive never experienced the issue he described. Even after having my controller for over a year. The only reason Im having issues with mine now is due to me not being very good with anger management (:

If I could give this particular GameStop 10 stars I would. In all my years as a customer, from the west coat to the east and many stores in between I have never seen a more competent store. All the employees were knowledgeable, helpful and the store was immaculately clean. I have visited this store several times but the visit that prompted me to write this review happened during the OLED switch launch. It was fast and efficient. The all female staff that was present during the launch was not only a welcome change of pace but communicated extremely well with the customers present and each other, showing they had taken the time to know their stock and information regarding the products releasing ( OLED, a new Pokémon set, new Metroid game, etc.). I look forward to my next visit and hope that the company takes notice of this store as it’s a prime example of what a Game store should be.

Forwards your calls to automated goodbye thing after waiting to speak to store rep. If you go into store and confront any of the employees who work there, theyd rather say they never received the call. Or if their to ignorant they just act as though they havent done this multiple times and play coi with anybody they dont want to help. Biasm is at its peak in the US because everyone by nature is biased. So it comes as no surprise that this gamestops just as alot of businesss are now of days. Lazy. Unintelligible. Falsely praised for simple tasks while those who do the hardest or most disgusting work get paid the least.

Be careful what you get, we got a ps4 there and it did not work, we got a game that refused to read even after being cleaned

Some of the most unprofessional people work here. Slow service. Staff never seems to focus on the customers. 9/10 you go here, you’ll have a bad experience. Order from other retailers or go to Mega-Replay.

The clerks were very helpful in selecting games that were age appropriate without just guessing basses on vague generic ratings. Despite busy holiday shopping crowd, staff were very polite and helpful. Store had excellent selection and prices especially on older games.

This store is one of the most beautiful Gamestops I have been in. We were in late one night and treated very nicely by one of the Assistant Sales Leads (not sure if that was his official title), even though he was getting ready to close. He was knowledgeable without being pushy or sales-y which had been my overall impression of the company. Keep up the great work!

Always stop in here while in town. The guys always greet you, always ask if you need help, treat my kids well and answer their questions without making them feel like they are bothering them. One guy let my son play his personal Nintendo Switch so he could try out the new Smash Brothers game since the demo one didnt have it yet. Above and beyond every time.

Eric was very friendly and helpful, even though I came in close to closing. He was knowledgable about lots of switch games and helped me pick one when I discovered the game I wanted to buy wasnt released yet. He provided a great experience and wonderful customer service. I hope he is working the next time I come in.

Called about a game. Was told it was in. Drove in town and Went to wrong store for the game. I was told it was at another location, but it was there. I go to the store and Im looking, I cant find it. Then theres an oops we dont have that in actually. Like.... what?

3 straight days I’ve tried to call and ask a question and all 3 days I’ve been sent to voicemail being told there isn’t an associate to pick up the phone and take 20 seconds to answer a question. Very disappointed

I have gone to this store for years and have always had great service. Its a small store so everything is packed together, even though its small they have pretty much everything else every other gamestop has. The workers are great and often probably work long hours since Ive seen them work at midnight openings then working when it opens up in the morning too.

I love this store. The companys online store and corporate officr always seem to screw things up when I order from them or have issues. The local store always has to fix their errors. I wish the guys at this store could make the higher ups decisions for them.

The manager and employees are super helpful at this Gamestop. I was having trouble ordering my sons birthday present online (we needed the same night) and then on the app. Everytime I called the store back they were very patient with me. They didnt act like I was annoying them. The App kept glitching with the payment. The manager sorted everything out for us and we were able to leave very happy with our purchase. Again he never once got annoyed or told me to bad. They made my sons birthday.

Decent store but the employees as with all gamestops are rather pushy in getting you to buy unnecessary things. Id rather do my video game shopping at mega replay where i can shop in peace..

One of the employees helped me get Dark Souls three when the store did not have Xbox One digital copies I am indebted to that man please make sure to give him the $59.99 I had spent for a physical copy. He deserves it. plus a hug if I ever see him.

If I could give this store no stars I would. The past two times Ive been in there, Ive waited in line for over thirty minutes to check out! Today I was there and a worker couldnt check me out due to not being trained on register but was standing behind the register. Then the icing on the cake when I finally got to check out they did not have proper change I was told I would get my change in quarters! To sum it up they dont even carry name brand remotes for consoles, and they call themselves a game stop what a joke.😂🤣

I like this game stop, when its not to busy they take their time and give great feedback on games that are new, love also that you can buy a big selection of used items. That saves $$.
