I’ve ordered online a few times and have had great experiences. Everything is nicely packaged and fun to open. The last order I called and spoke to Leslie about a concern and she was helpful, friendly and professional to resolve any issues. I’ve quit buying from other places online because of how they respond to concerns when shopping online and this store does right by their customers. Thank you! Only wish I was closer to be able to stop in rather than just shop online.

Probably will not be going to this store again. Took in lots of very nice clothes with tags still on them and they said they would pass on everything. Most of the stuff I took in was much nicer than what was being sold in their store! Wont go back!

One word for this place.....rude! Will never go there again.

Terrible experience buying online. They sold two dresses without their belts then refused to let me return them. The next day I found tiny holes all over one of them. I’ve shopped at CMs all over the country. Every time there’s an issue they go above and beyond but not at this location. I would not shop online at the Bloomington store again.

Clothes mentor is my go to for work clothes on a budget. I always find a cute top and some shoes. Sometimes I dont want to drop dimes for a cute work outfit but want something new. The ladies are always so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, Bloomington clothes mentor!!

The Bloomington Location is just okay. They still stock a ton of lularoe. I love clothes mentor and I frequent this location as well as the Peoria location I definitely prefer the Peoria location. If you have never been in a clothes mentor, it is a consignment shop where you can bring in gently used clothes and get money or store credit. Its great for closet clean outs and has saved me so much money

Not always inexpensive but a great place to spend less on clothes, shoes, scarves, bags.The place is well organized, carries a lot of stock, and has plenty of employees if you need help.Multiple changing rooms so theres rarely a long wait.Not too fancy or too shabby, its just right.

Always a great place to look for nice clothes at reasonable prices. The sales clerks are very friendly and you can try on a ton of stuff at one time in the dressing room. They have a rewards program and will also email you about deals and promotions they will have, in case you are looking for something more specific. They also will buy clothes in excellent condition from you for cash or store credit. Worth checking out!

Decent selection, can get to be a bit expensive for a resale store. Tends to be more older-style clothes, but some modern and in-style stuff can be found if you look. Large selection of shoes and jewelry. And great staff!

No one spoke to my daughter or I as we entered. There was only 1 other customer in the store, and two sales Associates that were talking to each other at the counter, looked them in the eye as I passed.. still nothing. We were ignored, until I had to walk over and grab someone to help. Every person afterward (there were 5) that entered were greeted immediately with a super friendly and warm welcome. Cannot help but to think that since my daughter and I are of African American descent, and every other customer was caucasian, this was the cause? I sincerely hope not, as this is 2019, and the city is very diverse, so it would make sense that having patrons of different ethnicities would be the norm. I gave it a one because it did have what I was looking for. Customer service was horrible though.

Had a great time looking for an Easter dress and found one. A brand new one for just $10.00 what and steal. The associates are so willing to help.

We had our hands on the door to the store to open it, and the woman working inside grabbed the door out of our hands and locked the door: 3HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSED. If I could leave less then one star, I would.
