We had an excellent experience with Granite Expo. They were helpful, knowledgeable, prompt in their communications, and the whole job was scheduled and completed on time—even faster than we anticipated. After install, we realized one of the faucet holes was slightly too small for our insta-hot appliance and they came out to adjust the hole in the countertop almost immediately. Super impressed with the customer service and would happily work with them again. We chose Vicostone quartz Olympus White Countertops and are ecstatic with the result!

VERY IMPRESSED with the whole process we experienced at Granite Expo! Their customer service was AMAZING... beyond anything Id experienced before. I was expecting the same treatment wed received at other stores, which was basically find a slab from our showroom stock & thats good enough. It was the exact opposite at Granite Expo! Upon expressing interest in Fantasy Brown (which I hadnt seen before), I told the sale representative, Tatiana, that I was interested, but unsure about the color variations. Without hesitation, Tatiana graciously offered to grant us access to their warehouse where they had multiple slabs to choose from. At the warehouse (which they opened just for us) we noticed a beautiful slab that was partially blocked by a larger slab. Again, without hesitation, their customer service surpassed all expectations!!! Igor, the business owner, immediately jumped on a forklift and moved the other stone so we could see the entire slab we liked and we were able to select the exact area we wanted. Igor came to our home the following day to get exact measurements and scheduled installation for the following day - again, AMAZING!!!!! Even the installation crew was great - very helpful, courteous and precise! NONE of the other 4 stores we visited offered anything remotely close to this level of service. We WILL DEFINITELY use Granite Expo again for future projects!

Igor was extremely outgoing and paid very close attention to all details from picking the slab to install. I called him on a Friday and went to the store. He had a quote to me within a few hours. He came out to my house next day to measure with high end equipment, no transparent paper and penciling in a template. Next day met me on Mother’s Day and had it installed 5 days later. End product was perfect, caulking, corners, overhang, squareness was all overseen by Igor and crew and they are superior. I will be using him in the near future for kitchen upstairs. Pricing was very reasonable and the countertop was from MSI which has a lifetime warranty. Thanks again Igor and crew.

We had such a great experience with everyone at Granite Expo- they did an amazing job on our island top and counter. From selecting a granite and looking at the slab to templating and install they were prompt and professional. They were even patient with us when it took a longer to be ready for templating than we had hoped. The contractor we are working with on other parts of our build was very impressed with how quick they went in, as he has other projects waiting 6+ week after templating while our granite was in just days after templating. Our counters turned out beautifully and the price was very reasonable, especially considering the exceptional service.

The team was great and easy to work with. They replied really quickly to any questions and was able to show us the actual quartz slab that we wanted. We specifically wanted to support a small, family owned business in MN. They also were the only ones to quote us a reasonable price according to our budget so I super recommend. We got our job from inquiry to measurements to installation done in one week, which was awesome! The installation team was super friendly and respectful of our house and arrived on time. It only took four hours to do our rather large counter top job (60+ sq ft). We were able to use it that night! (Dont mind the yellow wall, we will be finishing our back splash on our own.)

Easily one of the highlights of our project. The team is quick, efficient, flexible, affordable and do a great job. We had quotes from 4 places and they were the best. Our contractor said to make sure they do laser measurements rather than hand templates and they do everything with the best technology. Our contractor was even impressed with the speed, price and quality which is why we chose them instead of our contractors recommendation. I would easily use them again this team is the best!!

I had placed an order through a big box store for a countertop replacement. They quoted us 2 months, which wouldn’t work in our timeline. I reached out to Igor with Granite Expo LLC and he said it could be done within a week. Amazingly he and his crew had it done just over 24 hours after I called. We had a great experience with Granite Expo. After nearly selecting a different company and finding out it would take 4 weeks for install, we decided to look around a bit and came across this company. We started by stopping into their showroom where Tatiana immediately answered all of our questions. We were able to schedule some time to go to their shop early the next week and picked out the slab we wanted. Igor came to our home to measure everything by Thursday of that week and our counters were installed by Monday. The team was super responsive and so incredibly fast! Everything is beautiful and we are so happy!

They made it a very easy process! I text a picture of my dimensions- and had an estimate later that day. They were substantially less expensive than another quote I had received. They were able to come to my house for a laser measurement within a day or so- and since I had already picked out my color granite- they cut it and I had it installed about a week later. Very quick, seamless process. Love love love the finished product- the installers did a great job too!

I just had granite expo provide countertops for my new kitchen remodel. I had been told by everyone that it would be 6 to 8 weeks wait for countertops. The folks at Granite Expo were extremely helpful and promised a 10 day turnaround. I was thrilled, but I was ecstatic when they told me they could install the countertops only 2 days later. Unheard of! The workmanship is flawless and the service provided by everyone from sales person, owner of company who did the measuring, and the installers was truly terrific.My project did cost a bit more than buying a countertop from Menards, but I was glad to support a small business in Minnesota. These guys (and gals) will work hard for you. Give them a try.By the way, they do cabinets also.

Ive worked with a lot of different companies after gutting my kitchen and Granite Expo is by far the best hidden gem company I found. I worked with Tatiana through FB message and she was so attentive! I would get replies at 11 at night and on weekends. She went above and beyond to reach out to quartz countertop companies for information and even sent me videos of slabs explaining undertone and textures to me. Aside from her being one of the best customer service experience Ive ever encountered, that wasnt the best part! Between measuring my cabinets and installation date, it was LESS THAN A WEEK TURNAROUND (competition being 5 weeks) and on CHRISTMAS EVE because they knew we really wanted a counter by Christmas. Igor (owner) and his team were so amazing. They were quick, very friendly, perfectionists, and didnt clunk around in my kitchen with a bunch of tools (a con Ive heard from other people). HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What an easy and professional process!! From the showroom, to the selection of the slab, to the in home measuring, and finally to the Installation! We looked at others and having to work with three different companies to get a countertop installed seemed like two steps too many. Why pay for additional hands on a project. Working with one person and one company, (supplier, fabricator and installer), made the project cheaper, faster, and very rewarding. The results are out of this world!!

We had 7 or 8 estimates done to get some granite in our kitchen, Granite Expo was the only place where the actual owner came out to measure and give us a bid, not only that but Granite Expo had state of the art laser measuring tools for a PERFECT fit with your new counter tops, not only were the prices reasonable but about a week after the install, our children spilled some acidic juice on our beautiful white granite that left a faded mark. After we called the team at Granite Expo they came out the very next day, as well as the day after to take care of us, its now perfect again! Not only will we use Granite Expo for any and all future needs but will continue to recommend them to everyone we know!

From the start she answered every question I had almost immediately, and made sure everything went smoothly.We had a small hiccup with our install due to the fact that the sink we purchased ended up having a small crack so the installers couldn’t finish the job until we replaced it. Tatiana worked with us to fit us in their busy schedule two days later at no additional charge for the second trip which I am so grateful for!Overall, this was by far and away the easiest part of our kitchen remodel.
