Andy was very polite and respectful, took his shoes off before coming into house which didn’t matter to me but respected it. Informed me of what he looked for in the furnace itself and turning the thermostat up to turn the furnace on and then turning it back to check that it would turn off. It was 20 mins tops and came back with an invoice and discussed what he did and emailed me the invoice. It was fast and efficient and appreciate the work. I’ve had them come do some work on an emergency before and those guys did a wonderful job as well. They kept me informed of what was wrong with my furnace and what part I needed and when it would be shipped to them and the whole 9 yards. I’ve had my AC updated with them as well and the installers were very efficient and informative of what was going on. So overall in my experience I would say hands down the best people to get ahold of when you need it. The most reliable and respected company and I’m glad I was referred to them from the very beginning. Thank you.

Nick did a great job! He was quick and efficient and friendly. He went above and beyond after he fixed the problem with the heating units he cleaned all our filters, And checked the drainage tubes to make sure they were clear. The price was really reasonable all in all a good experience!

Keller came in and installed a brand new furnace, air conditioner, and ductwork for my new house. The whole team was friendly, and worked like clockwork together as they went about each of their tasks. They finished the job quickly and professionally!2 months after they installed everything, I went to turn the heat on. It sounded like the fan was running but the heat never kicked on. They were able to come out the same day to fix the issue (thermostat not working properly) and didnt charge me a dime to do so.I definitely recommend Keller and will be sure to use them again in the future!

This was the first time Nathan came to inspect and service our furnace/ air-condition. Two of my local friends had recommended him, one of them insisting that I asked specifically for Nathan. He was too busy in fall but he became available for the spring part of our agreement. My friends were right, indeed. Nathan proved to be a knowledgeable, detailed, but fast worker. While talking about humidity control, he told me that dehumidifying function could work only while heat is on--and not with the air-condition. This is something I had never known although I have been a homeowner for some 40 years. Nathans pleasant personality makes him a fine representative of Kellers service. Let me also say that Keller Heating has a very high reputation among my neighbors.

Had Keller heating and air come and install a A/C and Furnace back in June of this year. They where fair on pricing and where able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Workers are super professional and personable as well as being knowledgeable on there craft. Enjoyed our A/C throughout this summer, it has run smoothly and there carrier units happen to be very efficient when it comes to operating costs. Tonight I went to turn our furnace on for the first time and the furnace failed to ignite. I called Keller heating and airs 24/7 hotline around midnight and Danny there on call technician was here and got our furnace up and running within the hour. It happened to be a faulty gas valve which Danny quickly diagnosed and replaced the faulty part free of charge under there 1 year warranty.The great workers over at Keller such as Danny that demonstrate honesty, hospitality and customer service have definitely earned a life long customer.

Being that it was on the weekend. The quick and honest service makes all the difference. A little more expensive on the weekend, but yet. Once you back up and running in this hot weather it allowed. When my furnace went out last year they were able to come quickly and the technician (Danny) was very friendly and helpful, he showed me how to keep it running while they get a warranty replacement for the failed part from the manufacturer. I called on them again recently to check my AC and the technician Josh was very professional and thorough, no complaints at all. Very happy with Kellers services.

Asked for recommendations from neighbors for heating and cooling after we bought a home with a 26 year old furnace. The furnace was working fine on home inspection, but it was recommended we have it evaluated further due to it’s age. Called Keller and was given a next day appointment. Danny evaluated furnace, humidifier, a/c, lit gas logs, installed a new digital & wi-fi thermostat and did not try to sell us a new furnace for one that just needed one part to improve it’s operation. I have used Keller Heating & Air Conditioning since the mid 80s. They are the only company that I will use and recommend them to everyone who I hear has either heating or cooling issues. The owners and all staff are genuine, they stand by their work, they let you know what you need-they will not tell or sell you something that you do not need, besides their honesty-which is rare with a business-they treat you like family. I have not ever met or spoke to anyone at Keller who has not had what I have needed to heart, I dont have to worry about the technicians-I could have an appointment at the time they are due in and I can have them come into the house without me there and not have to worry about anything. How many businesses do you know that you can have that level of trust!

Keller heating is very professional and responsive. They came out very quickly when we had one of our air conditioners go down last summer on a hot day. They explained in detail what was wrong and gave us options for repair. We now have them come out twice a year for preventive maintenance. They are also very reasonably priced.. Highly recommend.

Per usual, the technician arrived on time and introduced himself.He immediately reminded us our maintenance contract was close to expiration and asked if we wanted to renew. (We did.)He set right to work and was finished within approximately 75 minutes.He shared with me the work that was done and the materials used or replaced and the total charges for todays job and we made payment. All in all - a very good and efficient process from beginning to end. Danny is also most pleasant person on top of being timely and efficient.

Ive had these guys do major work twice in the last 15 years. First they replaced the furnace. Recently, they installed new a/c and replaced some damaged duct work. They always bust their butts, and I feel like I got a great system too! Highly recommend.--update-- Theyre still great! Solid service, and they really know their stuff. The guy who took care of my furnace even made sure it was running at specs that the city prefers.

Furnace stopped working on a very cold night. Called and they got a service person out first thing. Very friendly and extremely competent, highly recommend.We had our old AC unit replaced with a new efficient heat pump. It will work as a hybrid system in conjunction with our propane furnace. Keller Heating in Bloomington IN are great to work with, Very friendly staff and always on-time.Furnace Blower broke down overnight, a call in the morning to them and they fixed it same day, very friendly staff and great advise. Josh was very professional and gave an upfront cost and fixed it on time. previously I also engaged same company for same problem it was end of winter so the person who attended added some lube and fixed it temporally and said the same that I need to look into this before winter.
