I called to find out if they had a 5lb Co2 tank, and headed across town when they said yes. I walked in the store and the lady behind the counter saw me walk in with my tank that I needed to swap out - and immediately said - we dont have those in stock. Supposedly, the person on the phone asked about a 20 lb tank instead of a 5 lb tank. Maybe dont have a 3rd party answer your phone? When calling a 309 phone number, I assumed I was talking to someone AT the store. Miserable attitude from the person behind the counter. A simple gesture of saying sorry for the confusion would have gone a long way - instead, Ill be driving further out of my way to Airgas in the future.

Went to this place of business, on 9/26/19, sales guy said he was to busy with a customer, I ask him how long he would be didn’t know, I told him I would come back in a hour, 1 customer in the store was looking for something, I told him I would just leave, customer said I could go ahead of him and counter person said no he was working with him and wouldn’t stop to help me. Counter person was very rude, I was polite and just left the store.

We have been working with Praxair on McClun St. in Bloomington IL for Ten years now. Everything is a 5 star rating with them. However... Now when you call to talk to one of the guys at the number listed, you get Kevin in Customer Service who is not even in Bloomington and definitely should not be in Customer Service !
