I can’t say enough good things about Little Learning Hands. The attention to detail, and quality of the activities is UNPARALLELED. As a mother of three, including a very energetic little boy, finding engaging activities for the whole family can be a struggle. The second we started our first World Box, with the 3D globe puzzle, I was hooked. My son sat for the whole morning, building the puzzle, chatting nicely with his sister. With screens sucking them in at every turn, I am so relieved to have Little Learning Hands to help us unplug, and reconnect with one another. This subscription is worth every penny. 100000/10 would recommend!!!
Such a great concept! My kids were so excited to dive into the first box and it kept their attention for hours. They worked on the globe puzzle and the other Earth activities all week after finishing their schoolwork. The second box we got was France- themed and they loved that one just as much! These are great boxes for elementary- age kids with all kinds of interests. They learned a lot and had a blast doing it. Can’t wait for our next box!
These boxes are so adorable. I got 2 different boxes for my kids and both were filled with interesting fun facts to guide their learning as well as age appropriate activities. My older daughter received a box designated about China. She received an amazing 3D puzzle of the Great Wall along with recipe cards, a flag, fun facts, and other creative activities. The younger ones received a backpack you can color, string art, and even a smaller 3 D puzzle they were able to do on their own. This has been a perfect rainy day activity and also something I think would be wonderful to do as we venture into the world of virtual learning. Very impressed!
I recently received the Little Learning Hands welcome box and Germany box. I was very impressed with quality of the material included in the boxes. My kids loved learning facts about different parts of the world, especially what people eat in other countries! The addition of recipes cards with popular food items from the country we were learning about was a wonderful addition to these boxes, we are excited to try out some new recipes! My kids liked receiving the passport book in the welcome box along with scratch off world map and a backpack they were able to color and keep there souvenirs in! We really enjoyed the activities included in the boxes, especially the 3D puzzles. Overall, these boxes were very educational and most importantly, fun to do together as a family.
My kids enjoyed the earth and France boxes! I’m not sure the age minimum but it was definitely too old for my kiddo who is 5. My daughter who is 9 really enjoyed it though. We loved the 3D puzzles, and the scratch off map is cool. They also enjoyed coloring the backpack and reading about the recipes. We hope to make them soon! Neither of them were a fan of us creating a maze for plants that were also weren’t provided the dirty snd seeds to start growing. Otherwise it was cute and engaging.
We LOVED our first Little Learning Hands World Explorer box. I was so impressed with the packaging and how much was included. I love that recipe cards are included, and they are durable enough to survive use in the kitchen. They are also simple enough to not be overwhelming for me or the kids. I also love the table talk cards and hope/assume future boxes will include them so we can build a collection! The globe puzzle is amazing, and my kids loved the color-your-own backpack. They truly thought of everything. Highly recommend! We’re already looking forward to future boxes.
These educational boxes were a big hit with my kids! It is so cohesive and well thought out. There are fun recipes and an art/science activity. We have had other subscription boxes like this before but this far surpassed anything we have seen in terms of quality and fun for my kids. Highly recommended!
My daughter and I absolutely loved the Little Learning Hands global and country box. Interesting enough before receiving this box, I put together some lessons and activities for my daughter to learn about Egypt. Although I enjoyed researching, finding and putting together fun activities, it was rather time consuming. Little learning hands has solved that issue and have made a wonderful and fun supplement to learning . It’s so easy ! Now time spent pinteresting can now go to fun activities, fact learning, puzzles, conversation starter questions, recipes and so much more. Most importantly my daughter loved it as well. She began right away on the hands on activities. Overall, I would definitely recommend as a learning supplement.
We have received our second box. My 7yo son LOVES these boxes. They are so fun. There are all kinds of fun activities. The product is all high quality. My son loves learning about places and cultures around the world. These boxes are a MUST!!!
I got two boxes - the first “generic” and a box about France - for my two daughters to share. They are 7 and 10 years old, entering 3rd and 5th grade. Overall, they said the boxes were good. However, they were a little bit hard (the puzzles, in particular). The puzzles were more like models than puzzles, and adult assistance was necessary. Both of my girls liked coloring the backpack in the first box. The girls also liked all the recipes included. The facts were “pretty cool” and some were funny, but the girls did not read through all of them. There were a lot of things in the boxes, so it was almost too much to go through. It was interesting to see the different flags and money. The scratch off “map was cool”. The grow a maze included in the France box “looked really cool” but my girls have not yet opened it. We also were not clear on why there was a grow a maze plant in the box about France, so some more information about why it was included may have been helpful. According to my girls, they would recommend these boxes for kids their age, but maybe with an easier puzzle. As a mom, thats about as good as I can ever expect so I would also recommend these boxes.
We have loved our Little Learning Hands subscription boxes. We have thus far worked our way through the intro box and the box on China. And when I say we, I mean it as they have provided great activities for us to do as a family. The activities are a perfect level for my older daughter (8) to be able to work on independently if she wants, but the boxes have also had activities my younger one (4.5) can participate in with us. Each box has a wide variety of activities (different types of art, different recipes) as well as appropriately tailored educational information. All of the instructions are very clear, the boxes are really well packaged, and the materials are high quality. My kids have especially loved getting packages mailed directly to them.Straight from the 8-year-olds mouth, she has particularly enjoyed the panda stitching activity, the 3-D puzzles, and coloring the backpack. She was amazed that the globe puzzle (see picture below) not only spins, but also had our city labeled on it!At a time when so much learning has been moved to screens, it has been great to have new hands-on, interactive, screen-free learning opportunities.Thank you Little Learning Hands for at-home learning made fun.
My son and I really love these boxes! The welcome box was perfect to get him excited about learning about the world - he enjoyed coloring his own backpack to bring with him on his adventures and was so amazed with the scratch off map.I’m impressed with all the different things that are stuffed into this box - not even sure if I can adequately complete it all in one month. I especially appreciate how there’s an overarching theme so it all feels connected and like we’re building upon previous experiences. My son also thrives on routine so it’s great that there’s a monthly sticker to collect in his passport and he can see and recall what he’s worked on previously.
Love Little Learning Hands!! It’s been so helpful over the last several months to bring our family together to introduce France, China, Mexico, and Germany to our 6 year old using fun projects and easy recipes. The activities have kept my daughter engaged and interested which has been so important to me during this covid era. Looking forward to the next box!
My daughter (5) loved the interactive activities. The boxes are nicely put together and the instructions are clear. Being stuck at home since Covid started has been hard and the box was an awesome way to learn about a new culture and something different and entertaining to do! I highly recommend. The recipe cards are great too!
My 7 and 4 year old kids love receiving the Little Learning Hands boxes every month. The quality of the projects is impeccable, the activities are educational and there are things to do long after we closed the box (i.e. recipes and table topics), unlike other subscriptions out there. We are very impressed with the company and highly recommend it to everyone, big and small!
These boxes are awesome for families where traveling and discovering other cultures is important, we really enjoy them. The entire family gathered to open the first box and it was a great activity to spend a rainy afternoon with. It included a scratch-off world map and 3D puzzle as well as a passport and some other cool activities. It was great to see how the older kids (13 and 12) were teaching and guiding the younger (5 and 3), everyone gathered around some hot chocolate. The second box was about Mexico where we learned new traditions and the kids enjoyed making the patches blanket. The materials are of high quality, shipping is fast, and Ana Sarbu is a pleasure to speak with and will guide you through any questions patiently. 5* 😊
My 6 year old daughter loved getting these boxes in the mail and they were exciting to open. The puzzles and recipes are great family activities, as the younger kids need help with these, but the coloring can be done on her own. We all learned something and thought the scratch off map was really cool!
This has been such a wonderful product for my two kids (6 & 8 years old). The first box had a wonderful book about the world for us to share and a fun 3D puzzle that the whole family put together. The first box also included a passport (only 1) to keep track of our adventures. This has been a great way to reflect on what they learned about each country. The scratch off map included in the first box was a pleasant surprise. Our family has a similar type product for the United States to keep track of family vacations so the kids were thrilled to have one for learning about the world. We have also been making the recipes that come along with the box. The boxes include conversation starters that we now keep on our kitchen table, the kids really enjoy answering the questions. This has been a great subscription box for our family as my children learn about more places around the world.
The boxes have been a hit with my 7 year-old and our whole family. Theyre a truly immersive experience with hands-on activities, fun facts about different countries, recipes, and more. We especially love the 3D puzzles. The pieces are so satisfying to click together. I think Ive found a new quarantine hobby! Its nice to have these screen-free projects—thanks, Little Learning Hands, for helping families learn and connect!
My daughter (age 7) loved receiving her own packages. It was a bonus that the packaging was yellow which is her favorite color. She immediately wanted to color the bag and organize the fun facts, books, and recipe cards inside of it. We look forward to doing the puzzles and recipes together as we learn more about the world!
We love the Little Learning Hands kits! My kids -- almost 5 and 7 -- have learned a ton, enjoyed the 3D puzzles, and are still having fun with the recipes. The kits encourage hands-on learning, reading, and provide a fun way to learn about different countries and cultures. I highly recommend them!
The Little Learning Hands boxes are very thoughtfully crafted and beautifully made. The quality is 5 stars and the activities are engaging for a range of ages, and keep the kids occupied for at least a couple of hours! Highly recommended!
My son enjoyed the puzzles. The recipes were easy to follow and a fun activity to do and the color it in backpack was good for his little brother. Great content and very informative!
My son is 8 and he was so excited to see mail addressed in his name. He’s had entirely too much screen time since this pandemic started and I was so happy to see him forget the iPad as he opened this box and started the various activities! The content is great, I was very impressed.
I am a special ed teacher and a parent. My daughter is 6 and loves to learn. She recently became obsessed with learning about other countries. Little Learning Hands is an amazing way to integrate geography, social studies, arts and crafts, and cooking. My daughter loved decorating her backpack she received in her initial box. We were also given a 3D globe puzzle. That didn’t go as smoothly due to my lack of artistic and crafting abilities. But the globe intrigued my daughter. She’s curious to learn about all the places on the globe and we spent a lot of the past few days googling various cities and countries. The box also includes questions which we ask our family over dinner. It sparked interest even in my husband. The questions are simple enough for my 6 year old yet interesting enough for all. For example, we were given a fact about soccer and asked our favorite sport. That sparked another interest in my daughter who wanted to see figure skating (my favorite sport) videos.According to my daughter, the best part of the box is the recipes. She loves to cook and I have her measure out the ingredients on her own. The recipes contain staples or foods easily obtained at a local grocery store. We are planning on making the mango pudding this week. The recipes are easy enough for a child to do with some help from an adult and are appealing to my daughter. All in all, this is an amazing box. I’m already considering ways to implement this in my classroom as well.
Activities were fun and well thought out. Nice to see a box that encourages learning about other places in the world and cultures!! I am very excited for this company.
I cant rave about these boxes enough. My boys loved them! They were entertained and educated for hours. The quality of the products inside were really nice compared to other boxes that I have had. The boys learned so much while having a really nice time. They are great family activities and I will admit even I had fun and learned a little.
