I had a large item (arcade cabinet) to be moved from a third floor apartment to my new home. Mini Movers were able to make this move on the same day I contacted them, and at a much lower price than I was quoted by other moving companies. Their workers were careful, courteous, and professional. My item was completely moved in less than an hour without any damage, and I couldnt be happier. Thank you Nick and team!

Really great movers!!! Very reasonable rates!! Easy to work with. Efficient, didn’t waste time, and most importantly my furniture didn’t even have the slightest scratch on it. I don’t understand some of these other reviews because my experience was a TOTAL opposite. I would give ten stars if I could. I originally wanted a Sunday move and they were booked so we scheduled for Saturday, but then I received a call saying that he ended up having an opening Sunday and asked if I wanted to switch. I was supposed to close on my new home two days later and he let me keep the truck longer. Then my moving got pushed back another two days and Nick was extremely accommodating with making arrangements so I could still keep the truck. I would definitely recommend using three movers or more movers. I used three and It was very convenient and worth the money because essentially two people were moving furniture and the third was dismantling furniture/moving boxes and it really sped the process up. Nick I believe is also the owner and was there on site, so to have the owner there helping was really nice. Totally would recommend to anyone.

So very happy with Mini Movers. Have used them now three times, myself, my mom and now my daughter. They never have disappointed me. On Time, Super polite, Careful with all the furniture, boxes and anything else we threw their way. Worked hard, Continuously and Fast. Not one broken thing! Totally agree w the other poor reviews. This company has gone downhill since the last time i used them and i won’t be using them again. Nick is very slow to respond for just a quote and check availability. Also, he was totally unprofessional on the phone. I had a bad feeling when we finally connected (no apology for not returning my calls) then he couldn’t confirm their availability on 2 different occasions when we spoke. I was getting desperate to check this off my list and he didn’t seem interested in getting my business. I was patient bc we used them in the past but definitely had the impression their service& management have gone downhill . I was promised a call back over the weekend, he never called. He doesn’t work before 11am nor a minute past 5pm to even check his schedule after taking 3 weeks to reach him! Good thing i booked another company who was very easy and pleasant to work with. I don’t recommend using this company.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I have used this company many times when the son ran the business and was very satisfied. The owner Nick is now running the business and is the most unprofessional person I have ever come into contact with. He was 2 hours late arriving, berated his employees and me, and at the end of the move my antique armoire was dropped in the driveway causing a good bit of damage. It was then moved back into the house. I told them it had to be moved with a dolly, which they did not have. When I asked about his insurance, he told his movers to unload me and refused to move a full truck of furniture. Eventually he came in with a handwritten document for me to sign saying they would not accept payment from me so that I could not file a claim. If I signed the document, he would move the rest of my furniture. This took an additional 1 and 1/2 hours. I am sorry that I did not record his tirade to post here. I am looking at my options as I certainly felt threatened.

I had them move a copier for me.They were able to schedule my rush job extremely fast, the pricing was great, the equipment was transported safely and without damage.The people here were a pleasure to deal with - all along the way - from estimating to delivery drivers.I trust them more than Computer Transport with my equipment.

We have now used Mini Movers twice. When we moved into our apartment last year they did a great, efficient, and inexpensive move for us. We re-used them when we bought a house. They were on time, professional, efficient, and cost effective. We had a big issue on our end for our move and they were understanding and cooperative in helping us reschedule, not once, but twice! They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! Arrived 45 minutes late to the location only to tell me he couldnt do my move until later in the day. This was after I had confirmed the appointment, the day prior. He then calls the day of the scheduled move to tell me that he has Bob Dylan tickets & wont be able to do my delivery until the next day. I again called to confirm prior to deliver & left a text message, only for him to say he never received my messages & couldnt confirm the time so he bailed on the move. WHAT?!?!? Wouldnt take accountability for being unreliable & unprofessional. The crew he had with him looked like meth heads. Sure hope this is a glitch, maybe short staffed and not a sign of future behavior. Sadly, wasnt anything like the first experience I had. I wont recommend this company to anyone again.

I was supposed to have 3 men however 1 called in sick. The 2 that showed up only 5 minutes late were absolutely awesome. 3 bedroom ranch with attic, garage & patio and 22 years of stuff. These young men started as soon as they got out of the truck and did not stop until it was unloaded at the new house. I thought it would take all day, they did it in 4 hours and put everything where I asked them to. Hopefully i wont need them again, but if I do I will call Mini Movers.

Amazing job! I hired them to move and they were fantastic. They were fast, they were extremely careful and they were super nice! They were even early too! I would highly recommend them!

Had them move all my big stuff to my new house. They did a good job the workers are clean and not creepy like other companies. Worked fast and did not take any breaks. They only reason they did not get 5 stars is the dented my refrigerator. But its still better than if I did it myself its a very big one.

I have now hired this company twice to help move furniture within my home, and they are great. Very professional. They have tools and know how to use them! Even if you think it wont fit, they will figure it out.

I hired 2 guys to load our uhaul trailer in Cincinnati. They were fast, friendly, and amazing at loading the trailer efficiently. Really worked hard to fit everything in limited space- great attention to detail.

I bought a pool table in NY and paid Mini Movers to ship it to Seattle. The company has never told me when it was picked up (24 days ago according the seller), doesnt have any tracking information, and Ive been trying to get a delivery date for the last week or so but the company doesnt seem to know much. Hopefully this post will get their attention.

One of the worst experience with movers Ive ever had. Movers had to come back another day to put boxes where they belonged, they broke a brand new ceiling fan and have not replaced it after several calls and a written complaint to BBB and this move took placed in November, 2018. To lie and say my check bounced is even worst than not replacing the ceiling fan. I stopped payment on the 1st check to get you all back to put boxes where they should have gone. When you returned I accepted your word to replace the broken ceiling fan and gave you a tip of $25 bringing the check up to $500. I have the cancelled check but you have not attempted to replace my ceiling fan! You are not only a liar but dishonest!!!!

Mini movers received my order from pier 1 over 2 weeks ago and still has not delivered it. I finally had a time slot for them to deliver my items yesterday and they just never showed up and they never called. I called their office for 20 minutes straight and left a few voicemails when they didnt show up, before their office closed, and they never answered or returned my calls. Now today, they are open, they still have not returned my calls. My order has been paid for and the delivery costs have already been paid for but yet mini movers is no where to be heard from. Where is my delivery!??! This is the worst service I have ever received. I purchased my items from pier One almost a month ago and was told I would get my delivery in 14 days or less. We are now on day 25.

After rescheduling my start time three times in 2 days, the guys showed up an hour late anyway. They didnt wrap any of my wooden furniture when putting it on the truck, and ended up scratching much of it. My sideboards for my bed have a 2 ft long gouge showing newly exposed wood down the visible side, and when I questioned one of the boys about it, he claimed it wasnt scratched. Though I have a massive headboard that just was unfortunately not going to fit up the stairs, and I was glad they tried to maneuver it every which way to get it up the stairs, they didnt wrap it either, and transferred paint from the walls and scratched the furniture considerably.This company quoted me the cheapest price, and given theyre apparently relatively new to the moving world, I gave them a chance, and ended up with damaged furniture. I left a review on their website, which the moderators have yet to allow on their site, and have yet to receive a call, 20 days later. They gave me a price at the end of the move, without a receipt or explanation of charges/discounts (I was given a 15% discount for the damages incurred, but have discovered more damages since looking more closely in better light).I was very disappointed with this company and will not be recommending this company.

Sams club has these people move for them when items com into Cincinnati, my order is to bedelivered by Nov 23 2016 and they received my items and when called for the time they was coming they said it would be Dec 9 2016, so if your in need of some thing on time this is not the place to use, and most of all dont buy from Sams club because they will not do anything about it.

Great job moving me to my new home and later had them deliver items I bought at Snooty Fox. Going to use them again.

Complete zero. Day of the move no one showed, no one called, no one answered the phones. Now I have to fight them to get my deposit back. I am sorry I even tried to save a few dollars.
