Pro desk is the absolute opposite of Professional. Had a guy get mad cause he had to ring me up. Literally his job. Please remind him. I use to work at home depot so maybe I just expect people to care like me. Maybe Im wrong. Thats the only reason you get 3 stars. If factor.

My husband and I were building a raised bed garden and werent sure exactly what we needed. Randy walked us around the store and made sure we had everything, from lumber to metal sheeting to multiple types of screws. He even gave us tips on how to strap it all to our car so we could get it home. He was SUPER helpful, and well definitely go back because of this experience.

Online order with pickup inside, cashier was pleasant made transaction seemless.

One of my very favorite places to shop!! I love it so much I bought stock in it. Evidently lots of folks feel the same way because the stock is doing great. Keep up the great work!

Great deals and had what I was looking for at a affordable price, even had a pretty large flooring section with different styles and colors that is making our project easier, next stop, lighting for light fixtures and led upgrades, and paint.

Website stated they had one. Well they didnt. Drivebto Blue Springs because website said they had one. They didnt either. Salesman said they do that all the time. Purchased the grease gun but had to buy battery separate and ended up spending $100 more than the advertised bundle that was never available. Wont do this again. Ill be taking my business elsewhere

We came to pick up our vanity (45 minute drive because we live in the country. At minimum 4 employees were hanging out talking. Then told us they prefer we come back a different day to get it because they don’t want to have to move stuff to get to it. After a little back and fourth they did finally get it, but still just felt it was laziness due to preferring to socialize over working.

Dont ever order appliances at this store! I purchased a refrigerator and the sales associate told me not to waste money on the disposal fee to get rid of our old fridge. She said try the local swap and shop and if that doesnt work we can just call the store and add the disposal service later. Well the swap and shop only works if someone is interested in taking something off your hands. Nobody was interested in our old fridge and it was getting close to our delivery day so I called the store to add the disposal service. The customer service person simply laughed and said theyd have to cancel my order and re-order which would delay delivery by several weeks. Wed already been waiting a month so instead I hired a junk removal company which cost significantly more than the Home Depot disposal fee. Anyway they delivered the new fridge the next day (late) and lo and behold it was so damaged it wouldnt even work when plugged in. I had the delivery guys take it back and they said it would be a week before they could find a replacement. So now were going a week without a fridge which is a huge headache. Sloppy, sloppy work by Home Depot. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money to Lowes or Menards instead.

Id love to give this store a 4 from the experiences Ive previously had, but unfortunately Ive had to deal with the store manager, Evan. Id gotten a home measured 8 days ago and was excited about getting carpet so I paid the quote of $3,667 the same day. I was supposed to get a call from the installer within 3 business days and still hadnt gotten a call after 5 business days. I called to cancel my order and was told by Evan that Id be charged 15% for a restocking fee, which was over $500. I went on to tell him that the company didnt hold up their end of the contract of contacting me and that Id been recording him, to charge me the $500+ and Id see him in court. He told me to contact corporate to get my money back and hung up in my face. Ive never dealt with something like this and I warn you all to NOT pay for carpeting until you have a set date. Im regretting ever using Home Depot, at this point. Ive started buying houses and rehabbing them and needed a job to be done and theyve stolen almost $4000 of my own money, not a credit card! I know it was stupid of me to pay so far ahead, but Im kind of new to this and dont want anyone else to make the same mistake. The manager quoted which card I wanted it put back on but never even put a dime on it and that was over 2 hours ago. Im disgusted by the way things have been handled and I hate that I have to waste time on court to get this done.

Nice place. Clean, fun place to walk around to make a list of wants for your home. Great to get plants and shrubs. Have a weekend program for kids to make things in their workshop. This probably is during the holiday though.

This location seems smaller compared to other area locations, the layout is also a little different, then the access also seems congested, that all being said im usually able to find what Im looking for. Ive noticed that they have gotten away from employing experts in the trade therefore I would suggest doing your own research.

Our oven died on Feb 7th. New range ordered and scheduled to be delivered Feb 17th. I waited patiently for 10 days without an oven. Today, Home Depot calls and Im hoping to have a range with a working oven tomorrow. However, the recording says there has been a delay due to the weather and they reschedule for Feb 25th. EIGHT (8) more days without an oven. It is more difficult than you think to cook everything on a stove top without baking or broiling. This is awful. I am very disappointed in Home Depot.

I was sold a lemon dryer. The timer motor was no good and I had to replace it. Home Depot and Whirlpool fail to take responsibility. Home Depot is deleting our reviews on their website which is probably misleading advertising. We are cutting up our credit card and going to Lowes from now on. This was the last straw. Bye Home Depot!!!

As a depot of home specific goods, Home Depot is more than adequate. Most of the time employees are helpful and knowledgeable.Only problem I have is that the place is huge, and there are no previsions provided for disabled customers.

We always get great help here. Roy patiently and expertly advised us on our French door. They had it on display so you could really see what you are getting, unlike Menards. And they always treat us like family when we bring in our dog. Great store.

I like Home Depot because they carry Edison bulbs and they let my dog in.

Scheduled a measure appt and was charged $50. They couldnt give me a time, so I list the entire day waiting for no one to show up. Called at 330 pm and was told....geee, someone should have called and told you no one was coming...Well, no one did. Ofc my time is worth nothing, so I get to open another entire day in the hopes someone will show and they get to still charge $50. No consequences at all for them. Must be nice.
