I just really like target. And my wife does an absurd amount of shopping there. Like what the Hell Bekah you know theres others stores right? Like theres no need to spend our entire paychecks on target shopping sprees, even if I am happy with what you buy. Great store!

I was in kinda a rude mood and when I was frustrated and needed help I ended up walking to the service desk when I was very rude to Megan but she was hands down the most kind person I’ve ever meet she’s definitely the reason I will continue to come to target. I just want to let you know she handled that situation amazing and I love how she went about it! THANK YOU MEGAN!

It is always clean and well organized. I strongly dislike the chaos I feel in other stores like Walmart. Plus, friendly, knowledgeable employees are easy to find because they wear red, and do not act as if they see you coming with a question they haul it in the opposite direction to not have to help.

Megan S. was very helpful in assisting me with receiving the promotional price on the Target app to my in-store purchase so I would not have to wait for the in-store process when purchasing on the app, especially since there was only 1 item left on the shelf of the item I wanted to purchase.

Just a great store. You hire the best people. Target balances self checkout with regular manned checkouts. The best store around. Clean, in order and competitive prices. Just a great experience.

This Targets layout is a little different than other Targets but is great overall. I found many cute things and a lot of good clearance items. My highlight was that they have a Starbucks inside their location.

A girl named savanna helped my family check out and she was very nice! She helped my mom apply certain deals and points for her purchase!

They match their online prices with smiles and absolutey no fuss! A plus!

With cartwheel and 5% saving with red card (debit card connected to your banks checking account) the little price increase is worth it vs Walmart. Especially with Short lines and stocked shelves.

Waiting 15 minutes at guest service for someone to help. I called the store thinking maybe someone was in back and would come up front when they heard the phone ringing. Nobody every came. Finally I walked over to the checkouts and asked for someone to help me at guest service. Terrible service. Step up your game Target.

Overall store experience was delightful. The associate was very helpful. Eventhough it was extremely busy you couldnt tell, she was so attentive when it came to me and my needs made my experience a true delight.

Best drive up service hands down in comparison to others

The online ordering is user friendly and the employee was very kind at the drive up area. I didnt realize there was a drive up and an in store pick up. My order was a in store pick up but I was hoping for drive up. The employee was so kind and said no problem I can go in and get it for you!

As an employee there it is not a good place to work if you have any kind of mental illness. You instantly become a target for constant harassment by team leaders. Also since the pandemic has started they do NOT take any protective measures to ensure the safety of anyone regardless what the “announcements” say. There have been multiple confirmed cases at this store alone and I bet not a single person knew because they don’t even tell the employees but through a very delayed text message system. The biggest disappointment I’ve ever experienced was working for this company.

The drive up service is usually super fast at get my ordered ready for me to just grab and go. Makes my life easier with two little ones. The only thing I wish I could do was order simple grocery items for drive up.

I always like shopping at target! I came in this morning and was looking for the baby section when this very nice young mane named Daniel asked if he could help me with anything, I told him what I was looking for and he promptly showed me the isles. Not only that he kept a conversation the whole walk and made me feel like he was happy he could help! Target made a great selection in picking this young man for customer service and I wish other employees would have the same attitude as him!

One of the smaller Targets you’ll go to. It is clean and organized like others. No large choice of groceries but you’ll find plenty of prepackaged good. Black Friday deals are always good.

I love the selection and quality of products! I always manage to find something I cant leave without. The Blue Springs location is way cleaner than other Targets in the area as well, so Im willing to drive a little farther to get here for that.

Quality stuff at great prices. This Target is also just the right size to run in and grab something. I highly recommend ordering online and either having it sent to your home or picking it up. I did both this holiday and had great success!

My cashier, Kelly, was so pleasant and helpful. She helped me save some money by telling me about deals I was unaware of. I will definitely be making this my new home store (used to be independence). Its a further drive, but the experience Kelly provided makes it worth it! Cant beat great customer service :)

Online ordering was very easy. The product was easy to find and there was a good selection. Pickup at the store was a bit slow. Im attributing this to the time of the year and the fact I did not stop in till 10:30 pm to pick up the item. Also it was not stored at the pickup desk and they had to go find it. I probably did not save much time in ordering ahead which was my goal in the first place.

Great customer service, associates are very nice and knowledgeable of their store layout. They led me in the right direction to gifts and technology section. Very clean might I add, self check out makes it a breeze to walk out as well! Nice Target!

I appreciate the selection.available through Target. I also appreciate the convenience of the locations and the reasonable prices that are available when shopping here. I found the mobile app is a little tricky for online ordering, whether shipping or picking up, but overall I prefer Target to any other department store, because Target Corporation is a publicly-held, US-based business that is headquartered in the US!

Although it is out of my way I enjoy shopping this Target for its selection. Often I find items here that are out of stock or just not carried at the stores closer to me. I also feel like the staff does a great job keeping inventory very organized making it easier to locate what Im looking for! I also prefer the layout of this store with the cafe and Starbucks directly next to each other. If only this store were closer to me!

Looking for a tie and guess what no ties!!! Why even advertise men’s clothing. The area for men’s is smaller than the toy area! Women’s area is probably half the store. Good luck even finding underwear. Completely ridiculous

Come on target employees! My baby decided to have a huge blowout today while shopping at target. No biggie, I always come prepared. Went to the women’s, as someone was in the family restroom, but a lady was changing her baby on the table. Went back out in the hallway to wait for the family restroom, so not to rush the other customer. Meanwhile, the huge blowout in my baby’s diaper started leaking down her legs and onto my shirt!! 🤢 5 minutes later, one of your employees stumbles out of the family restroom after taking a huge poop!!! Needless to say, I continued to wait for the lady to finish in the women’s. I’d rather be covered in baby poop than expose my baby or myself to the stinky deuce your employee left. That’s saying something.

I shop here at least once a week. Staff is always quite helpful. More so than most stores I go to. In fact, surprisingly enough, several of the employees recognize my kids and me. Patrons are generally quite nice. I really wonder what happeded to the poor person above?

Customer service at this Target has really gone downhill. They rely too heavily on the self check machines. Employees are standing around chatting in plain sight while I check my items out. Target has always been my go to shopping place, now I leave unsatisfied.

Love Target, dont love this location. The staff is not empowered in any way, the management is inconsistent and rude, the store is always a hot mess, and finding items in stock is a nightmare. The customer service area manager with short curly blonde-ish hair is exceptionally rude, and I am getting rid of my Target Red Card after repeated terrible experiences with her and the rest of her team.

Very limited selection of certain items, not a lot of plus size clothing, and a MESSY store. Shelves never seem to be organized, unless you are in an area where people don’t shop that much like furniture. Hardly any registers are ever actually open, there were only two registers open both times I went here. The lines were so long that even self checkouts on both sides had lines.Not sure why people love Target so much.

Target always had what I want and need at good prices.

I have called and called for the last 30 minutes, each department to talk to a human, no one is answering there phone. I know at times you can be busy, but every department. Not happy. Trying to find out about a product. So frustrating and sad

The cashier at the register made a total of a deal out of the fact that I was purchasing $300 worth of baby formula told me I needed to be on WIC like her. Told me how she qualified because she lives with her dad and that’s how she gets her WIC for her baby because she’s a single mom. In front of everyone with a long line behind me she did this, embarrassed ithe heck out of me. I informed her that I would pay for my formula that I am a single mother of twins and I make enough money to afford not to be on WIC. She was extremely rude and I don’t care if I ever come back to target even though I’ve been dealing with target for a long time.

I love this target location! Everytime I go, I have great customer service and the store is clean. I like that the isles dont feel super crowded also!
