This was such a great visit, store was clean, products were in stock. The woman was amazing and helped me get the best deals possible.
I have NEVER had a bad experience at this Sally since it came to the Adams Dairy shopping center years ago. Their manager (maybe assistant?) is absolutely amazing. Shes super informative, helpful and not at all pushy. I keep returning here for this reason alone.
Not only do their prices continue to climb but now they want to charge you $0.15 for a bag! Everywhere else it’s part of the cost of doing business. If you can’t provide a bag, you don’t need my business. Stopped shopping here over a year ago when I found my products for less than half price online. Moving and made the mistake of packing too much so had to go back and make a purchase.

I have spent a lot of money at Sallys. But when they start to charge you $0.15 for a bag to carry your merchandise out and I will shop elsewhere. Its just the point!
Apparently theyre open until 7 UNLESS they see someone toward the door, and then they close 5 minutes early. I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was, but she locked the door as I was walking up.
*****MANAGEMENT READ RIGHT NOW*****visited store on- Wednesday Nov.11th, 2020SO...I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BELIEVE HOW MY SISTER & MYSELF WERE TREATED AND SPOKEN TOO AT THIS LOCATION BY 2 OF YOUR EMPLOYEES..WE ARRIVED IN STORE ROUGHLY 15-20 MIN. BEFORE CLOSING TIME....WE NEEDED HELP & HAD A FEW QUESTIONS.. REGARDING COLOR LINES, TOOLS, AND & PROMOTIONS/DEALS GOING ON. AND YES I KNOW YALL CLOSE IN 15 MINUTES BUT I CANT HELP it SOMETIMES WITH MY SCHEDULE AND THIS PANDEMIC AFFECTING ALL STORE HOURS.SO NOW IM RUSHING TRYING NOT TO UPSET THEM OR GET YELLED AT TO HURRY IT UP...AND YOU KNOW WHAT...These 2 woman were truly amazing AF ! Never once did they rush us, they told us not to rush and to take our time ... they answered everything I threw at them... they recommended products I knew nothing about... they explained them well.. we had a hiccup at the register.... MY FAULT... I forgot to tell them Im a licensed cosmetologist and have a pro card... I thought she would have atleast sighed...or something.... no she smiled and insisted she should have asked me... well maybe.. but I wouldnt shut up so I didnt give her much of a chance haha... truly I never shop at Sallys.. I got to licensed only stores... but they were closed and I had to get a few things that night... & bc of those 2 girls I will continue shopping at Sallys in blue springs... I asked their names. And I completely forgot them... sorry about that but they worked on that day (stated above) at closing time....Thank you
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Went out of her way to get me just what I was asking for. Which I did not think I would find in one product or that what I needed was not what I went in asking for.

It’s frustrating when it’s 3 minutes Before closing time, the doors are locked, there Are still customers in the store, I tell the lady I have one thing to buy, and she won’t let me in. Closing time should be closing time.
