This is the second purchase we have made at this store. Both times the customer service has been top notch! Didnt try to upsale us. Just sold us what we were in there for. Will DEFINITELY be back, and recommend to others!

We came in a little before closing time and the salesman patiently worked with us and very knowledgeably answered our questions and described the different mattresses and their technologies. I was very pleased with this experience. We left with a printed quote to think on, and my understanding is, if we come back they will be able to look that up in their computer and honor that price as long as we are within the time frame of the quote. Very professional, reasonable and honest. We have not purchased from them yet, but we might and this salesman definitely did what he could to earn our business and influence our decision. We just haven’t made up our minds yet.

5 stars isnt enough!!! Thanks to Shiela me and my wife were able to finally buy a brand new bed. She helped with financing and instead of pushing the most expensive thing onto us she suggested this amazing pillow top that we fell in love with. It was perfectly in our range and super comfy. The steps were easy she made sure that our “test of the mattress” was right as it was rainy so didn’t wanna put our feet on the beds she said go for it you need to make sure you love it. I told Shiela what I thought would be useful about the way I sleep. She suggested we start at the top. I was curious about the popular new foam mattresses so I said OK. I really had no intention of spending a lot on a mattress, but I lay down and fell in love. She answered all my questions, she was friendly and helpful. I walked into the blue springs Missouri location next to Chipotle and immediately walked back out. The building has a swamp gas problem. I will not buy a mattress from a store that doesnt take care of its building.

I had already researched what I wanted on the internet before entering the store, which was a relatively inexpensive mattress that had gotten good ratings on consumer reports. They did not stock that particular mattress so I was unable to try it out in the store..The staff was courteous and professional. Once they learned I already pretty much knew what I wanted they never tried to talk me into a higher priced mattress. They also were able to match the special pricing I had found on the internet. They explained the finer points of how the warranty worked to make sure I could exchange the mattress if I wasnt happy with it. Overall I was in and out in about 15 minutes and would rate it as an over good experience.

My husband and I bought a Queen sized, pillow-top mattress back in 2013. Four years later, its still performing above and beyond our expectations! We had a great in-store experience, with Cameron standing out as one of the most knowledgeable and personable sales associates weve experienced. We tell all our friends and family to get their next mattress from Cameron at Mattress Firm, and my father-in-law has even replaced four mattresses at the family cabin in Colorado! I went in pretty close to closing time on a weekend but that didnt stop Bryan B., the manager, from being incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided multiple options that met what I was looking for without pressuring me into something I didnt want. We werent exactly looking to buy a mattress the same day we walked into Mattress Firm, nor were we expecting to spend quite as much money as we did, but were happy with our purchase. We ended up going with a mid-range, Hampton and Rhodes mattress set which was still pretty affordable even on our budget. Im curious to see how well the mattress will hold up over the next several years, but after about a week or so of use, its still very comfortable. The sales associate and manager were very friendly and willing to make a deal with us, but we never felt pressured to purchase -- we *did* purchase, but only because we were very doubtful of finding a comparable mattress at the price we paid.

My shopping experience at Mattress Firm could not have been any better. To start with, as soon as I entered the door I was greeted in such a warm, friendly way you would have thought I had been there before. I immediately felt at home. I had been shopping all day for new mattresses for the whole family and was not treated as well as I was at Mattress Firm. The salesman, after warmly greeting us, then asked what I was looking for, then asked if there were any medical ailments (bad back, neck issues and so on). I told him the problems with everyone in the family and immediately he pointed out which mattress he thought we would need and the reason why. I genuinely felt that he cared for each one of our needs. We tried out each mattress he recommended and then I asked to try out the next ones down in price. But you know what! I ended up buying the exact ones he recommended at the beginning. Knowledge, experience, understanding each persons need and caring about our health is what I took from this experience with my friend, (yes! I call him, my friend) at Mattress Firm. I left there feeling like someone actually cared that I have a bad back and wanted to make sure I had the right fit! The delivery men were awesome! They were friendly, informative, fast and very careful. I had a wonderful time visiting with them. The only negative thought I had was that this mattress is so well built that I wont be able to share that experience again for another 10-20 years! After many years of never caring about how our bed was hurting our backs and neck we finally caved in and decided to get a new bed. The sales associate was absolutely Great! He educated us on all different types along with showing us samples of materials the beds were made with. My husband got injured and we needed a new bed to suit his needs. Unfortunately, my husband couldnt join me on the search for a bed, but Mattress Firms sales force saved the day and was outstanding in helping me pick out the right one for him. My wife and I have been shopping around for a new bed for months and each time we went into another store, we got more and more confused. I dont know how we ended up all the way out in Blue Springs but were glad that we did. Both of the salespeople were extremely knowledgeable and actually listened to our concerns. Other places were pushing us to spend much more than we were comfortable with. They found us a bed within our budget that was amazing. The first couple nights on the bed were a little rough but she warned us about that. Since then it has been nothing short of heavenly.
