Employees werent very nice/kind and it is waaaaay over priced but amazing flavors enough seating and lots of choices.

They added vegan options, it was always our favorite dessert place, so Im glad theyre expanding their menu for vegans.

I went here this past Sunday night, and the girls here were so sweet and helpful. With all the hard and confusing times going on right now with the virus, they were still very kind to my family and had such a positive attitude about the whole thing! I will definitely be returning soon.

Would love to have money back since I received the wrong item from here. But not only spent 36 dollars but only got one item and it was the wrong item anyways

Penny Orr,I’m tired of going to work stressing about whether or not I’m going to get a text the next morning pointing out every single miniature flaw there was. It adds unnecessary stress on everyone’s life. All your employees feel the same way (they’re not going to say it to your face so when you ask them, don’t say I’m wrong when they deny it). Not to mention tips. It’s illegal for you to take them. I know you say it’s for a party but your employee turnover rate is so high that most of us will never see a party. So that makes it stealing, and you don’t get tips because you’re the owner of the store. Managers don’t get them either. You can’t change how tips work unfortunately.

The best selection and flavors that I have ever seen. The toppings are more numerous than anywhere else with nothing being left out. Today we had the pretzel yogurt and oh my it was delicious. I also had the apple pie and it tasted like a fresh apple pie right out of the oven. Yogurtini is the best place to go for flavors that are spot-on.

I love the idea of going in, picking what flavor you want, getting it but yourself, and adding toppings and sauces. There are new special flavors every week that take spectacular.

Love it better when its one price and you get your topping individual. I dont have to take out a loan just to go to Yogurtini

Very good frozen treats. I love that they actually have a worthwhile rewards program. The flavors change from time to time but there is always at least one flavor I like.

I am not impressed with this place. Other than having plenty of seating, this place was uninviting. The staff, two teen girls, were not friendly at all and they acted like us coming in and supporting their paychecks was interrupting their private gossip party. Neither of them smiled at us even once. No thanks! Ill take my business elsewhere. Im giving one star for the ample seating.

We went here for a treat, my daughter had to go to the restroom. I covered up our yogurt with napkins and proceeded to go to the restroom. Upon returning to our table I found an employee tampering with our yogurt. She looked up, saw me and immediately walked away from our table without saying anything.I went up to the counter and asked to speak with a manager, the employee stated that there was not a manager there.She stated that she thought we left, she uncovered our yogurt and did not touch it.She gave me a phone number to the a manager named Penny.

Yummy to my tummy!! Lots and lots of choices, extra add ons, anything u can imagine! Price is varied by weight.

They double bill! Watch your credit card statement. Pricey... especially if you try a combination that turns out to be not so great. The smallest container is pretty large and you can easily end up with a $10 desert for one. The help? well... I was double billed so they werent so good and they were in back when I was trying to decide what combo would be good. Another customer told me (after I purchased mine) that you can taste some of the flavors BEFORE adding it to your container.

I took my family in on a Saturday night at 7pm and I found hair in my cookie dough, I know stuff like that happens some times so I wasnt to upset, but then we stood at the register for over 5 minutes with a line of 6 or so people behind us as our ice cream melted in our cups. It cost me $40 for our 5 ice creams which again i would have been ok with if we had a chance to eat it while it was still frozen. I was pretty disappointed because our kids usually enjoy this icecream shop

Great ice-cream, so many wonderful topping, the flavored ice creams at always changing and are delicious. A very fresh change from traditional ice-cream.

Seems to be going downhill, as the last few times I have visited with my children, the areas where you self serve have been filthy and unsanitary. On our most recent trip, we found peanut butter flavored yogurt in the vanilla labeled machine. Thank God my kids dont have any allergies, but that could have been a horrible visit for someone else. We immediately alerted the clerk on duty and she put up a sign stating the machine was out of order.

My family goes here with me for a special treat.

We bring our family here at least once a week with that said we are returning and loyal customers. I happen to come across a special offer posted by yogurtini when I presented it to the cashier she was very rude about not accepting it. As a wife of a man who owns a business knows all about customer service and to keep returning customers happy. Sad we wont be visiting much anymore and dont have nice things to say. Maybe a sign would help stating WE DO NOT EXPECT SPECIAL OFFERS OR ANY OFFERS POSTED BY YOGURTINI.In the offer it says we appreciate you allThe Blue Springs location does not.

I came in last night and let me just say- this FroYo is to die for. They also had cotton candy last night free with purchase and the girl at the register was so polite about giving it to us!But, although the ice cream at this place is wonderful, but the management is horrible. I had a friend’s kid who worked here a few months ago and they had always told me how their manager was rude and disrespectful. They couldn’t keep tips (which is against MO law btw if she sees this), because the manager said “the tips went to a party”. Logistically, if they are making $10-15 dollars a day in tips, that’s easily a multi-hundred stash each month- and the kid I know that worked here, worked here for years and said they never saw that money they earned again, and that there never was any “party”.They also would get in trouble and yelled at for the smallest imperfections, and it seemed like the manager overall didn’t care about her employees as people she just cared about her business. It’s great product but I hate supporting someone who doesn’t treat their employees correctly. Sad 😞
