At first, this seemed like a group of friendly guys doing a job that needed to be done. Then they consistently parked in this spot that says NO PARKING. On this day, I asked them to move to get out and go to work. They told me, “it will be a while.” Then they proceeded to unload all their equipment behind my car. They didnt move their stuff for almost 3 hours, and they only did so after several tenants called management to complain. They made several people late to work, and were extremely rude about it. I cant get back the money I didnt make at work because they didnt want to park 4 ft away on the side of the street.
Ive been in the window business for a lot of years. This place truly is a family owned and operated company. They care about their customers and stand behind their work. They take their customers concerns very serious and promptly address any issues. They treat their installers very well and are a pleasure to deal with. If you want truly reasonable prices and quality installations this is the Company youve been looking for.
We were thrilled with the service, speed, price, and quality of the windows we got. The company did glad great job communicating expectations and were a pleasure to work with. 10/10 recommend!
My wife and I couldnt be happier. They gave us a very good price (we talked to 7 different companies). Their workers were friendly, professional and did beautiful work. They completed the work on time with absolutely no concerns or suprises. Everybody should use this company.
I would highly recommend NuSash to anyone! We were referred by a family member when we were looking to replace our windows. We sent an email to Chad and within hours we had scheduled him to come out for a free estimate. Chad was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident in our decision to go with his company. He is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about his position. Setting up a time and date for installation was easy. Chads staff arrived on time and ready to work. There were very friendly and gave us the run down on what the next two days would look like and gave us updates throughout their day. The windows are high quality and easy to operate. The staff did a wonderful job and they paid high attention to detail. Highly recommend!
My wife and I just finished the always arduous installation process for house full of windows and a sliding glass door from NuSash. We chose the Simonton 5500 Series after lengthy discussions with Chad, their salesman and with our checkbook. Now that it is over, we are DELIGHTED with the windows and with the entire installation process. NuSash delivered an excellent package at an agreeable price and we highly recommend them.Bill & Kathy ButlerGladstone, MO
It pains me to give a business three stars or less. I really dont like to do it.Here is why I honestly dont feel more than 3 is warranted.A very nice gentleman came out on October 4th for my estimate to replace a single French style patio door with a sliding patio door. I agreed to the work and signed a contract on that day. It was mentioned to this gentleman at the time that one of my priorities was getting the door installed prior to the holiday season. I really didnt want to be involved with a door install in that hectic window (no pun intended) between Thanksgiving and Christmas.I was told that it would be 6 weeks until the work was completed, and that getting in ahead of the holidays was not a problem. This meant the week prior to Thanksgiving. Excellent.I never received any updates or proactive communication from NuSash. Finally, the week after Thanksgiving, I figured I had better reach out since apparently no updates were going to be initiated from the vendor. Email sent.I got a reply to my email that someone would be reaching out to me by phone.Indeed, I did get a voice mail from a lady at NuSash a day or two later. The lady who called me indicated that they were in the middle of a large job putting windows/doors into an apartment complex. Due to this, my install would be put off a few weeks. It would be mid December, if we were lucky, depending on how long the apartment complex job ended up taking.I called the lady back at the number provided. The first time I called, I was hung up on. I checked that I had dialed the correct number, and yes, it was correct. I dialed it again, and the phone was answered with hello. Not hello, Creative Coverings or anything like that. Just hello. At first I thought I called a residence. Anyway, I explained who I was and the lady became a bit less short with me. She mentioned that they were still busy with their apartment complex project, but be able to squeak me in the 15th or 16th of December, the week before Christmas. The tone on the phone came across as if this was a big favor on their part to me, getting me in when they had such an important job going on.She basically did a really good job of making me feel like my value as a client was pretty insignificant. From my point of view, having contracted for an install 6 weeks from October 4th, it did not feel like I was really being given special priority to be squeezed into the schedule the week before Christmas. Apparently, I was supposed to get a warm fuzzy that I was being taken great care of.I definitely got the vibe that my small job was deemed a low priority given that a more lucrative job had popped up in the meanwhile since I had ordered my door. Actually, I was straight up told that point blank by the lady on the phone at NuSash.in the end, my door was installed 10 weeks and one day after I contracted and was told 6 weeks. Now, being the lenient sort, lets assume I just write off the week of Thanksgiving as a holiday (even though I and everyone else I know worked most of the week). Ill give them a mulligan on that week. That still leaves it at over 9 weeks when I was told 6 weeks. Thats a 50% increase over the promised time frame even including a freebie week for the holiday.I compare my experience with Creative Coverings NuSash with another job I recently had done at my home, the installation of two garage doors:In the case of the garage doors, the company in question communicated constantly with me, arrived on time and as promised, and generally was much more professional to work with than the folks who handled my sliding patio door project. When my garage door installer left, he shook my hand, thanked me for my business, and told me to call him if I had any concerns whatsoever with the doors. The NuSash installers were not rude, but they packed up and left without so much as a thank you.
Straight forward, affordable, with excellent service.
A job well done
