I used to love this place but the quality of their products has decreased significantly, they need a new supplier for certain products. I bought 2 glass buckets within 2 weeks and they both broke when accidentally knocked over, which means theyre not quartz. I purchased the same product from a vendor online at less than half the price and its indestructible.

These people will discriminate aginst you if you have a medical exemption. I entered the store and they asked if I had a mask, I told them that I have a medical exemption, they said that it didnt matter because its a private buisness and if I wanted to shop there Id have to wear a mask.. I asked them if they would be liable for the damages that the mask would cause to my health, and they told me We will not. This is discrimination aginst people with disabilities and or medical conditions.A NOTE TO THE BUISNESS OWNER: It is we, the customers that keep you in buisness. Discriminate against enough of us, and you WILL lose buisness. That is just fact.

My favorite smoke shop 💯 been a loyal customer for about 11 years now. They have just about everything youd be looking for. Plus you will always get great customer service. My buddy Nick has worked there for as long as I can remember, if you ask for him he will give you the best help available, when you visit tell him I said hi 😁💯

Greeted as I walked in and immediately was helped by Ryan who gave me gift suggestions and showed me a multitude of different things. Very helpful knowledgeable friendly staff in a clean store with a wide variety of products.

They advertise they have All this local artist glass i drive all the way out there from kck to find out ask they have is the save garbage in could have gotten at my local gas station..... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME....

I love this place. So friendly and always have the best customer service. The only reason no 5 stars is the body jewelry has gone down hill as well as the vape mods. Seems to be all geared toward THC smokers. Stoop a coop place to go for sage and incense cool tee shirts too.

They only enforce part of the Jackson County mask mandate. When I informed them that the mandate has a list of qualified exemptions for disabled persons, as I am disabled and protected by the ADA. The exemptions were built into the mandate order for people with disabilities.This is disability discrimination. I will not shop or recommend this business.For reference, see the written mask mandate, issued by the county, of all the exemptions.

7th Heaven is very similar to a Spencers store. Most of the inventory consists of vaping and tobacco-ish paraphernalia, plus t-shirts and assorted goods.

I have heard about all my life. I never had a chance to visit because of timing or location and the funds I might have had or didnt have at that time. Needless to say I had a great time perusing the inventory and seeing what was offered. Colton deserves a raise PLEASE! First time meeting him & the rest of the staff so let me explain why. First impressions mean a lot. Especially to a disabled customer that doesn’t appear to be disabled outside looking in. He had no idea how much pain I was in with every step I took, but went out of his way to lift the jewelry so it was eye level. It’s very hard & extremely painful to bend right now. Thank you for your consideration because that goes a long long way to someone who isn’t able to do everything a non-disabled patron might be able to. Yet most places I go have zero compassion because they cannot comprehend the difference something as simple as lifting a product to eye level does for someone like me. He went the extra mile & it means the world to me. If 10stars was possible that’s how I would rate this store. I was instantly greeted the moment I came through the door. Which when you’re having a tough day due to your health, feels really good! Especially when you’re nervous that this location might treat you & your service dog the same way that the one off Troost treats you. They didn’t violate ADA rules by asking me 20 questions or make rude comments saying that I didn’t need my SD or that I needed to remove her from the store to get assistance. Which has happened nearly every single time I went to the one off Troost. Note you cannot see all disabilities so it’s a common judgement, nevertheless the comments can be overwhelmingly rude & cause a bitter taste towards a whole chain as a result.But today I needed replacements for my body jewelry & since 2 of the 3 piercings had nearly closed I had no choice but to come in & try this location. I’m so thankful that I did!!! Not one employee interfered with my SD & me (mind you it’s against federal law to interfere but time & time again the one off Troost did so). No one tried saying hello or distracting her. To any SD handlers, this is a huge relief & greatly appreciated beyond the expression of words. Thanks so much for changing my mind about 7th Heaven.

The staff was very rude. Most of them being male, so they would treat women who came in differently than the men. Even when I was being helped the employee came across as arrogant and resulting in me not getting what I wanted. I use to love the shop, but now I will doing it online.

Great place to find incense, and much more

I was standing in the store trying to make a purchase and they said I had to wear a mask to be in the store and make the purchase all the way in the back of the store mind you, I said do you want a sale or not they said no and I will never be back and neither should you! Put them out of business for being liberal cocks to the government while they steal our tax money to fill the gap in lost sales that they chase away. I’ll never spend another dollar in the store because of it.

Awesome place! I love getting lost in here; they have a little bit of everything for a gift shop. You can easily find a gift for just about ANYONE! I love everything... especially how it smells when you walk in. Its where I get all my incense and they have a great selection. Plus unusual gifts, cool tie-dye and other shirts, tapestries, statues, lava lamps, and of course music!

Just FYI This establishment requires customers to wear a face mask when shopping inside. Also everything is covered in plastic so good luck taking a good look at anything behind the counter.

A lot of these reviews are fake and this place will not give you a refund if they sell you a no name brand piece and breaks before you even use it. Terrible service as well, dont call and ask about a refund either because the old lady on the other side hangs up on you.

I stopped in this store one day with my two 18-year-olds. We had made no attempt to purchase anything. As we looked around the store three employees made a scene about the 18 year olds looking. I explained we were not purchasing just looking at a store we had never been in. They were even told to move away from the case that had jewelry on it! This was complete age discrimination against my kids. Their signage clearly states you have to be 21 to purchase. Not to look. Imagine a gas station kicking out people under 21 because they looked at the cig on the shelf. If the store rule is going to be 21 to watch, than that needs to be posted. They were extremely rude. Never again will I go there.

I will start with saying that Im in my 50s and have been a 7th Heaven customer since my teens. The one on 7 highway in Blue Springs are RUDE staff when you want to return a faulty product, when your buying something they are amazing, extremely helpful BUT you better hope what you just overpaid for in the Vape section isnt faulty, they will NOT let you exchange it, the heating element didnt work, had my reciept just bought it that same week, the staff member that sold it to me was now suddenly RUDE, couldnt exchange it because he couldnt repackage it to resale it if the heating element was not working. I work in retail part time, you return faulty product to the manufacturer not repackage it!!! (SMH), Im no longer a customer!!!

Theyve got everything in here. A huge incense selection, figurines, anything youd need to smoke. Got a lovely piece of glass here for a great price, the staff always seems annoyed by the presence of customers and give off bad vibes but otherwise super chill place.
