Had 10,000 mile service done today. I had tried another KC dealer and very glad I went to Outlaw today.All work done but so much better. Not only we’re the extra things J asked for done but. the Master Tevhbcame out anc explained that a couple extra things were found and adjusted -Gratis.Scott and John were great. I try and try to think Outlaw is a decent dealership but its just not. Kyle and the other salesmans are great. But the service department is flat out horrible. I spend a ton of money there. My new bike had a defect and they tried to blame me for the defect. After I made a big fuss and they finally gave in but charged me $200 shipping cost for the parts. My bike developed a loud knock at 9K, I go into service to ask to speak with a tech, The guy at the desk keeps repeating bring it in so we can look at it. I plan to do that but I would like to speak with a tech to get a general idea what is going on. He basically said the techs there are not smart enough to listen to a sound or hear an explanation of a problem. Service said they pay the HD techs to run diagnostic check and checking oil levels. I went to a different dealer spoke to a tech discussed the problem and now I have a general idea what is going on and what to expect. The service department if flat out horrible. I rarely complain but the service it horrible. And the guy at the desk seems to have very little knowledge about motorcycles. I only give one star because the lady in motor clothes is very helpful and knowledgeable, maybe she need to move to the service department and move that idiot at the desk to clean the parking lot.

Let’s just say that bigger isn’t always better when it comes to dealerships. Yes others might have more selection but it comes done to people and the ones that run this place can’t be beat. From sales to especially service which I deal with a lot. Clay and Robert and the team in which they have assembled are the best of the best. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Outlaw will always be my dealer as long as I’m located in the KC area. Hell even if I move I’d likely still use them.

Look i cant say enough about this place. Robert(i believe thats his name) came to my rescue jn a huge way. Traveling through KC bike went down & without any hesitation me got me in and back on the road.

Had a 5k service done yesterday, in and out in an about an hour and a half. Very friendly staff in all the departments and extra thanks to Robert who came out after the service and helped me sync my phone to the bike, answered all my questions about the infotainment system and reoriented the navigation maps so it was easier to read. I had unsuccessfully been monkeying with that for the past couple weeks. It was also entertaining to watch the staff rodeo the bikes outta the showroom and into the tent. Shoe. On a recent road trip of 4300 miles, I pulled into Outlaw Harley Davidson to have a 5000 mile service. I went to get my son a shirt. When Im out of town I go to every Harley shop and get him one. This store had hardly ANYTHING in mens shirts and had NOTHING in my sons size. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. This has NEVER happened at a Harley store.I got a message from the store saying to call theyd help me out. Why would I call? I was there, they had NOTHING I was interested in!

New to the area and needed a fuel regulator so went to outlaw since they are like 15 minutes away. This is what hd dealerships should strive to be. I usually avoid hd dealerships as they are only looking for ther guys buying new bikes or paying someone to work on their bike. Not guys like me who do everything themselves. The guys in parts were great, helpful and nice. Went back to get some shirts for friends back home and the lady in clothes was just as nice. Gotta give it to my dude Payton, he knew exactly what kind of customer he was dealing with, knew exactly how to cater to a customers needs.Came looking for a used fatboy and ended up finding a 16 Road Glide with the bars already done, highway pegs just ready to go! Worked prety hard to get the numbers where we needed them, a little more than i wanted to pay but thats fine by me, I got back riding!! Guys in service are awesome bought a 17 street glide a couple weeks ago and was having different bars put on on let me know about a week later the parts were in and i set up a Thursday appointment to have them installed. Dropped the bike off they told me it might be done that day or maybe Friday. Called me Thursday afternoon to inform me the wrong cables were ordered and that would have the correct ond over nighted and try to get it done Friday it was fine with me because I figured it wouldnt be done till the following Monday. Rob called me Friday afternoon to let me know that they had rushed to get the job done in the bike was ready for the weekend not only did they do a great job but they exceeded my expectations the bars are wonderful I could not be more pleased.
