Storage space was clean. Applying for space was easy and all online. Never had to even see a person.Only reasons for 4/5. I was expecting a standard locks and bought one. They used cylinder locks and i dont recall having a choice to buy one. It was just automatically charged and waiting (which was handy but like to be warned) also didnt need 2 locks as supplied.Other reason was although there are very few outside units; there was no gate. Anyone can go back there. If you are trying to find your unit outside make sure its light out. The numbers are very small and above the doors. I ended up going the next day and it was fine once I could see the plaques.

Facility is super clean. Ease of renting a unit online was amazing. Booked online, showed up next day, lock was inside ready for use. Loaded some things up to store until we purchase house in the next year. Very secure with double entry. Loved that rolling carts were available to use. Grateful this Extra Space is right down the road to unload some of our storage from our temporary condo. Highly recommend!

Rented a storage unit today. Extra space was very pleasant to talk to on the phone.John was very patient with the questions i had . The storage units and building is very nice. I will definitely tell more people about these storage units.

I was greeted by the manager (Jon Little). The manager was very helpful with information I asked him about. He showed me my storage unit and took the time with me for questions and answers in a professional manner.My experience was very pleasant. Couldnt say enough good things about this place or Zach, who helped us out. The facility is brand new, very nice and clean and probably my favorite part, its air conditioned! The web rates are fantastic and they are running a special where you get your first month free! We got a 10x8 originally, but it ended up being too small (we rented it online without seeing it first), but Zach was awesome and showed us our other options and let us switch to a 10x10, which ended up being perfect for what we needed. This is definitely the place to go for all your storage needs!

Could use some odor absorbers inside (I had to buy a few for my unit so the smell wouldnt absorb into my items....) and a few more rolling carts...( I bring my own each time because usually they only have 4 and they are all taken and I dont have time to wait around for some.)On the bright side, the price is better than other places near Lees Summit. And I know my items are safe in there with security cameras and climate control and the special lock we are required to use.

I just moved into town and needed stoarage very fast and for a very reasonable price.. Not only were Jessica and Zachary very professional, they were very compliant and fast. They also threw in an extra lock they had for free! Incredible customer service, I am extremely satisfied and very thankful for this!

Very friendly staff. When I tried reserving online, there was a computer glitch. I called the number and spoke with a representative who took my information, and had the local manager call me. We were able to get things taken care of in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend them.

Quick and EASY process.... YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING CONTACTLESS... Facility’s are nice and easy to access. I w had to change my review upon move-out! My storage unit was filled with spiders…. i mean they are everywhere .Once i made it to my destination the spiders followed. Very disappointing.

I received excellent service from themanager. I lost my keys before I ever used the unit I rented.I went back and he drilled out the lock and gave a new lock and gave a new lock free.The facility is clean bright. I highly recommend them

From contacting the call center to talking to the on-site manager, everyone was very polite and helpful. They walk you through the process and explain everything thoroughly. Haven’t been inside the facility yet but it’s brand new so I am thinking it’s nice.

Loved how easy it was to set up everything online and once I was done I was able to go right to my storage unit with no contact with other people as soon as my set up was completed. Love the complimentary lock that was left for me in my storage unit. The building was very clean and well lit in the inside. All I needed was a little “extra space” in my home and this was perfect for me and the commute to the facility is so close, my things are there when I need it!

Super easy to set up only took 10 mins, friendly staff. They showed me a couple units so I could decide what size I needed.Edit~ I have had the storage unit for a few months now it was a great price at 264 for a 10×30 but that wont last long just got a letter stating Sept. Our monthly payment will be 80 bucks higher. Probably my bad for not really reading through the contracts completely so just a heads up. Went from 264 to 344.

Amazingly clean! Friendly staff! Both people I worked with were named John and both were professional. I had heard horror stories about storage rentals and was wary going into the process. During business hours you can never ever get a hold of anybody when you make a phone call. Several times I’ve had very simple questions that need to be answered and I’ve called multiple times before 6 PM and nobody ever answers the phone.

We used this space to store some things in the process of moving. We never had any issues.
