Cant get anyone to answer the phone at this office or or the main office. Been calling their office for MONTHS and finally gave up and ordered my own supplies off of Amazon. Then to top it all off they debited $300 a year after I had initially started doing business with them. They billed insurance 6 months worth of charges in one week. So I never even received a bill for the services. Their an absolute joke.

They are very nice on the phone. But who ever is filling the orders. Is not paying attention. Or needs to be retrained. Third time I have called for a facemask kit for my Nebulizer machine. And they send the hand held ones. Mean while my Insurance company gets billed for their mistakes. I can see once. But three times and you cant get my order correct?

I called to have a 6 container pack of oxygen that my grown daughters stepmother left at her apartment when she stayed there and didnt take the oxygen with her when she left. I explained that I babysat my two toddler grandchildren four days a week and I knew that the oxygen is highly flammable. The first time I called, the rep presumably called the client (stepmother) who declined to get her oxygen. The rep stated that the next Tuesday morning, the six pak of oxygen tanks would be picked up. Yesterday by Tues afternoon, they had not been picked up and no communication from the company although when I called, the rep stated that no one (us)had answered the phone and there was no apartment at the address. I assured the rep no one had called and asked what apt number was in her record. She then responded no apt number was in her record. So she stated someone would get out as soon as possible. This company obviously doesnt take good information over the phone and then fibs when you call. So for the safety of my grandchildren I am planning to make a complaint to management agencies and hotline regarding their lack of concern for the safety of toddlers. They apparently jerk people around and are not truthful. They should adhere to what they state on the phone and dont throw out that no one could be contacted or that the wrong address information had been given. If they cannot organize work schedules, then why are they permitted to remain in business in the health care industry.

I’ve used lincare for over 3 years now. Although never fantastic, the new call system is a joke! I shouldn’t have to wait 29 min to talk to someone to order supplies to then be informed they won’t actually be putting in my order, someone will call me back and they don’t know when....

The girl at the Blue Springs, MO office who does the CPAP is rude! Doesn’t want to answer questions until she’s done with her presentation or she will forget where she was. Well maybe I’ll forget what I needed to know by the time she is done. She made a rude comment to me when I said I didn’t like the way the mask felt. She stood up to get a different attachment, and while getting it she said “I’m already an hour late for my next appointment.”I told her I currently use oxygen at night, and she said the CPAP takes the place of oxygen. This is not true because a CPAP machine has the ability to connect to oxygen. There was a smallpiece of plastic that enables oxygen to be used with the CPAP machine, but because it was left off of the order from the doctor’s office, she would not include the piece without an order from the doctor. Don’t expect her to take the extra step for customer service because that is not going to happen.

Awful. I get supplies I dont want AND bills for them. Nearly impossible to reach for questions. If a doctor sends me to this company a will get a new doctor.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! From the moment I started with them it was a nightmare! I cant believe they are in business!!!! I just cant go through the whole story. Shame on these people, they have no work ethic! I finally called Medicare and they told me to go to a company in Overland Park, KS. I live 10 minutes away from Lincare and 40 minutes from the Overland Park location. That is how much I despise this company! So good luck to those that try to work with them. I called their.HQ in Florida to close my account and start with the new company.

Today my husband finally got the right walker! They delivered the wrong one a couple months ago. They were polite when we called, always promising, but no delivery. I literally cried on the phone, because his quality of life is not good without a walker with a seat that fits his height. But at least they finally got it right! Now he can get out!🤶

They have been very wonderful I would recommend them to anyone they have helped my husband and I with all his supplies and have sentthem quickly to our home . When my husband couldnt tolerate the formula he was getting for his feeding tube I called them and the responded to me the same day and offered to deliver a new formula personally to our home thats 30 min away from them

This company is the worst! They tell you want you want to hear to get you off the phone and are argumentative. They refuse to follow a Dr orders. Instead they make their own judgment on what a person may need medically. No one at the company is a Dr or Nurse and not qualified to make life altering decisions for a client. They show no compassion or caring and have little to no knowledge of the products they pedal. They just deliver. While making their own decisions on a persons medical condition refusing to or limiting a persons medical equipment putting their clients lives in danger! DO NOT use this company if you care about the person who needs a service like this.

Had an interview here and I waited over 20 minutes when they knew what time what my interview was and no one went and told the manager that I was even there and then they wanted to treat me like krapp extremely horrible customer service

Awful. I keep getting collection letters for a nebulizer that my insurance covers at 100%. I call every month (wasting my time) and every month they agree that I owe nothing. Then another month later I get another collection letter. I would have bought a nebulizer myself if my Doctor had told me I could. The exact nebulizer my son received is on sale at Amazon for $36. They have billed my insurance company $35 EVERY month for 7 months now. It really is robbery.

7501 NW Tiffany Springs PkwyKansas City, MO64116This is the location I am referring to.I worked for Lincare Though a staffing agency out of Overland Par, KS by the name of Ranstad through the direction of Josh. A team was assembled through this temp agency for Lincare as TEMP TO HIRE & that was not the case. To begin with Lincare has the most utterly simple minded, unapproachable, disgustingly negative Mgr. over the Dept. we were set to work in by the name of Carla Powell. She was not professional & was dishonest until the end. I had limited interaction with her I preferred it that way. Im a positive minded, goal oriented driven individual & she could walk by and her mere presence would suck the life out of the immediate area. Her boss Chris Midgyett was a nice person (if we ever saw him he spoke) Carla was allowed to do as she pleases regardless of how it affected the quality of the environment. The company itself is very disorganized, ill spirited, and divisive. We were only informed by other supervisors and never from the queen B herself. I worked for 3 months under the impression permanent employment was near. 7 weeks before the end of the 3 months I began to observe strange behavior & the verbiage began to change slowly yet surely. I knew at that point to begin my job search. I tried to communicate my concerns with Ranstad and was berated by Josh my 1st point of contact. I was not preferred to leave 30 minutes early to see my own mother who was flying through just to see me & head to her destination. Loyalty to the job and hopes of being hired on, I stayed and did not see my mother. The actual direct hire employees didnt even want to be there & we were working as hard as we could to secure a spot. They never had any intention on hiring us. This would not have been an issue for me if told this before I interviewed, but that was not what I was told. Ranstad was dishonest in the process and had no clue what was going on at Lincare. Lincare was subliminally dishonest just to keep us there to catch them up. I do not recommend neither party.

I cant speak for the company entirely since I only have dealt with the CPAP division, which is what this review is geared toward. I had been recommended to a company in LS by my ENT specialist but decided to have my doctors orders forwarded to Lincare instead. Mainly because the company was closer for me to drive to and had decent reviews. Initially, when I contacted the company, they seemed very helpful and ready to get started. It took the doctors office a few days to get the orders forwarded over due to miscommunication on my part but once they were sent the ENT office called to let me know they sent them. I called Lincare to verify and they said their office had not received them yet. I had the ENT office resend them. Lincare said they did receive them finally. Im thinking, I can finally get the ball rolling and get the process started to which I can get a CPAP and start sleeping better.However, dealing with them for two weeks after they received the orders, no phone calls and no updates. I called them several times and left messages for them to call back, so I know what is going on. In the two-week time frame, I still have not gotten a response. Therefore, I decided to have the ENT specialist send me to another location.I couldnt imagine dealing with this company, down the road for accessories/etc., if they started out this way.

Very slow takes anywhere from 6 weeks to 4 months to get stuff. It seams like they really dont care about getting your stuff. The stuff you get that you suppose to change daily or lucky to get anuff maybe to times a week. It stinks having to depend on stuff like this!

Worst company I have ever tried to deal with--get random bills--can never get an answer--even after being on hold forever--tried to pay on-lin--would not accept--if you want your $14--call me--Ive wasted far more than $14 worth of time trying to deal with you
