Very good Shell in Bluefield! Very friendly employees and they seem to really care about you! One employee remembered my name after 6 months! Impressive! I felt embarrassed because I couldn’t remember theirs!

This is a great service station! A true service station with a garage and technicians they mount and balance tires, do oil changes, brake work, Virginia inspection sticker and more. And of course they sell gas and diesel. Ive had break work done here and lights and tires installed. The staff is always friendly and honest and their prices are reasonable as well.

Good beverage selection. Good tobacco product prices. Quick service. Easy to see from road. Unisex restrooms are clean. Fresh coffee.

Its at convenient location, shops, food in the surrounding area, big parking lot. Clean inside and outside. Lots of big trash cans with everything to clean your vehicle windshield.

Not only are they incredibly slow, they have a tendency to reject a vehicle during inspection over minor things in hopes that you will let them perform repair work, therefore gaining them additional revenue. Its happened to me twice personally as well as others that I know. Took my vehicle to a different place, received an inspection with no issue. I wouldnt buy gas here much less let them work on my car. Staff was very unprofessional and laughed when I brought my issues to his attention, very fortunate I didnt smack that cheap toupee off of his head. If you want to see the circus go here, plenty of clowns, for automotive needs go elsewhere.

Most items are over priced and several items normal convenience stores have they didnt carry.
