The UPS store in my town closed so I now have to drive 35 min for the easy Amazon returns. The customer in front of me was not able to send his package the way he thought he could and I was surprised at the lack of customer service, empathy or direction he was given. Then someone can to help me, no greeting or even eye contact. She made a face when I didn’t have the code ready to scan ( took me less than 5 seconds to retrieve). Even minor courtesy can go along way. I will know to choose to drive 45 min in the other direction instead of coming here again.

Great company plenty of services, kind, friendly and polite. Lagging a little and my ears could beg to differ if homelessness is a service issue. The customer is always right and sny comments only lead to greater discontent among peoples.

Very convenient & great service.Find it hilarious the amount of uneducated people that dont realize this is just a retail storefront that UPS picks up from, & has nothing to do with actual UPS sorting or delivering their packages.

I went to return an Amazon order that was in a larger box and did not have the top taped up. They tell me it is $2 for a strip of tape. Then this other old bat came up and said that needs way more than one piece of tape. So I paid $6 for a roll of tape that I did not even get to keep. Their supplies are free. What a joke...

I have received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I paid to have an item shipped overnight. When i learned it had not arrived I called the store I shipped it from. They directed me to their corporate number. Then I was directed to another location where I was informed that my item had been miss-sorted. I was instructed once it shipped to call the store where it was shipped from and they would provide me a refund. Well here I am weeks later and all I’m getting is sent in circles. I had to call the corporate office again where I was told no refunds are being given because of COVID-19. Then I was told a supervisor would be calling me. Still have not gotten that phone call. I was given a billing department where I was told it’s been too long for me to obtain a refund and Then directed back to the store. Now I’m told I need to speak with the manager but she’s only there from 7-1 each day. Oh and I have to make the effort and call because I guess it’s too much to ask that an employee go slightly above and beyond for a customer and take a note for this manager to contact me. Not one representative has offered to really help me. I keep getting tossed off like my concern isn’t their problem. I literally have my tracking number memorized after having to repeat it so often. I guarantee when I speak with this manager not one will have informed him/her of my situation which means again I will have to go through the entire spill. Get it together UPS. BBB is my next stop!

All the clerks were acting snobby. As if i was beneath them to just print a label and ship a box out. The white haired woman, or whatever she is, was very rude when i asked about if the label got sent. Never coming back

Very rude. I went in to by a box and told the lady up front the size I needed, and the lady in the back poked her head out and sharply said dont have any and disappeared. Then she asked if another size would work. I said I was shipping a rifle for repair, she snapped and said we wont ship it, youll have to go to the hub I explained I was aware of the policy, I just wanted to buy a box. This is when the lady in the backed poked her head out again and said we got nothing that will fit a Gun, cant help you. Sorry, byeee and disappeared back to her bubble wrap kingdom. I started to ask the lady behind the counter a question and she cut me off mid sentence and said, have a nice day and went about sorting boxes. I found a box, went to the UPS hub on Clover Dew dairy road, and was treated well by very friendly staff.

After dealing with a company that had the worst customer service I have ever had, this store was a breath of fresh air! The employees were extremely helpful over the phone and in person. They were so very kind and it was greatly appreciated! In the future when I have to ship anything I will be going back here guaranteed. Thank you for your service!!!

I would rate this less than 1 star if I could. I left an item behind in a hotel in Princeton, WV & immediately called to see if the management would ship it to me. They said yes but I would have to call UPS to pick up the item. No problem - I called the UPS store on Monday and was immediately put on hold. Please note this is a long distance call and I was put on hold before I could tell the clerk what I needed. I stayed on hold for 15 minutes then I hung up the phone. I called back later in the day, same deal - put on hold for 15-20 minutes and was told they had a lot of walk-in customers. I guess they only want walk-in customers because their customer service on the phone is terrible. I will never, at least I hope not, have to use this particular store again. Three days later, I finally talk to a person and explain the situation. Its very weird but I have to sign a credit card receipt and return to them before they will send my package. Hopefully I will eventually receive my package because I could have driven to the hotel and picked it up myself if I had known what a hassle this would become.

UPS store Great place was treated very well I called and was checking to see if they got a fax that was sent there for me and the Man said no not yet !And he said he would call me when he did get the fax was less than a hour he call me and let me know he had The fax for meHe was wonderful ! Items are late, so why won’t they deliver them on Saturday? I’m sure many would take a job with you. Of most companies, you’ve profited the most during Covid. Hire more people, and help Americans!!!!!

The store must be going under because each time I go in to send an express letter the store clerks are snippy and rude. The blonde haired woman must be the owner and she likes to belittle people who dont know anything about shipping regular or express. People considering this store should take a look at the shipping depot on Rainbow road in princeton - you dont pay retail and the clerks are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the hours are 4pm to 6pm monday thru friday...yes, 2 hours a day.

I used this UPS Store to return rented textbooks to Amazon and Chegg. The gentleman working there at the time (9:00 AM or so..) decided that since I interrupted him sitting down to eat his egg McMuffin he would scoff at me and ask me where the tracking number is on the labels I was provided. I told him that I didnt know I needed it and he didnt reply, proceeded to read the number on the label and accept the packages without talking to me or explaining to me the reason why he asked me the question with a terrible attitude. Why did he need information that he could read himself....? His attitude was in attempts to insult my intelligence; however, I apologize for interrupting his intimate meal between the egg McMuffin and himself.

Very rude and very disrespectful employees. They close early and refuse to help you even when they should technically still be open and taking customers. Very inconvenienced and upset.

Wonderful experience at this store. Young gentleman opened the door for me, helped me tape boxes and offered some slips to but my return labels in.
