Great service at fair price

We have had 4 different vehicles at this business, drove away as a satisfied customer each time.Our Daughter has a tough time on speaking about troubles and issues. Sam at the counter was very understanding and helpful. All services completed in the time frame Sam discussed. If there is a issue he will contact the customer.

Amos is great to work with. They checked out the whole vehicle. I asked them to change transfer case and rear end but they checked them both and said it did not need it saving me several hundred dollars. Definitely did not overcharge or install stuff i did not need.

Friendly and reliable service.

Sam and Steve went out of their way to assist me with my uncles truck. After several years of of deferred and failed self repairs, Expert Transmission got the truck running right and back on the road.My greatest concern was that the issues were diagnosed and prioritized because of a tight budget. Expert Transmission prioritized the repairs and the truck was finished ahead of schedule and at the discussed cost. The repairs included replacing the alternator, starter, ball joints, reattaching some gas tank straps, servicing the rear brakes, and parking brake, as well as rebuilding the transmission.After driving the truck on a few trips I noted there were a few additional repairs needed to make the truck right. I took the truck back to Expert Transmission and had the engine tuned up and a front hub and ABS sensor replaced. Again, the service was done promptly and on budget.I had previously used Expert Transmission to do some work on a vintage (1974) Land Rover. That service went equally well and they worked with me secure difficult to obtain parts. My experience is they are willing to tackle the vintage, classic vehicles as well as modern cars and trucks.

I am an out of towner and I was looking to purchase a new used vehicle. I took the vehicle to Expert Transmission. I rolled down the window and spoke to Sam, who was kind enough to hook up the car to the computer and we took it for a spin. He we pleasant and highly informative when explaining the code that popped up on his screen. He advised against purchasing the car which as you can image saved me from making a dumb purchase. I had them rebuild my 4L80e and it runs smooth as new. They rebuilt with my own parts (most shops wont do that) the service was friendly and the labor rate is very reasonable. Im out of that location quite away but I will make the drive if I have any other transmission problems.

I had my wife take her van in to have her transmission fluid and filter changed, because the fluid was old an brown. Well when she got home i checked the fluid and it was just as brown as it was when she took it in. A waste of 180 dollars,now i have to do it myself.
