Been a customer for more than 10 years buying anything from fertilizer to mowers. Tried to talk to someone about some landscaping work. Called 3 times over a 2 week period. Left 2 messages, one of those being for Steve the owner who was in a meeting when I called. Now I didnt ask to speak with the owner. I was told that he is who would quote the service and was asked to leave a message. I did not receive any call backs. At all! If your not interested in doing the work atleast say so. Dont just ignore a customer.

This is a great place to purchase a lawn mower. I was recently in the market for a zero turn mower. They have four different lines of quality mowers to choose from. I worked with Scott on the purchase, he spent time showing me a couple different models from each of the brands they carry. After experiencing the level of care and customer service the OC sales team showed it was fun to spend the money with them. I went with a Gravely. They offered free delivery of the new mower, as well as pickup of my old mower and offered a fair trade in price. As a business owner myself time is money and the OC team made the whole process of purchasing a new mower very smooth, timely, and enjoyable.

Walked in to look at a riding mower and although there were workers in the store I was not greeted or asked anything so unless you want to be ignored maybe keep on driving to the big box down the road.

Purchased a used mower from them. It was exactly as advertised. Facility is neat and clean. Staff is first rate. This deal was made over the phone with me driving there (260 miles) a week later. Load out was perfect as was the transaction process. It was a five star experience for me and based on that I recommend them without reservation.

Excellent parts department

I have been doing business with Dennis and the crew for a while now. Have always been treated well and fairly. I am a technician myself and I feel I can trust them with my equipment. I feel like the next time I need a mower or other piece of equipment I can go to them and be treated fairly.

Gorgeous business inside and out. They do have a nice selection of yard equipment, stone/mulch, and plants. They have a small fish pond inside that is enjoyable for all ages. They offer service on equipment and have always done great work on anything weve brought in. They offer landscaping services which may be great but the owner unfortunately kind of blew us off. When I went in to talk to him about a plan, his mind was definitely elsewhere (or perhaps it was my small budget) but his quoted turn around time of 2 weeks to get back to me on a sketch ended up being 2 months. At that point we had already hired someone else. I think as long as you dont work with the owner you will be very happy with your experience.

My husband & I decided to landscape our business ourselves so I came to this business with many questions. Adam was there from the beginning & has answered all my questions as well as stepped up to loading every single item Ive asked for. He alone provided us with exceptional service! These folks are great to work with. I came from out of state to have a problem looked at that no other grasshopper dealer in Ohio was willing to take on. They had my mower in and done in just 2 hours and the price was cheaper than what it would have cost me here. They will get all my business for my grasshopper mower and any future grasshopper mowers I will buy. I just cant say enough how awesome these guys are.
