AC went out in 110 degree heat! Called Johnson; they had someone there the same day! They are the best! Will definitely call them again for repairs or replacement!

Always great service and very helpful. Micheal helped get my Ecobee all set up and wired correctly. Will always come back to them as I have gotten great service repeatedly!

They seem to be too busy to earn money unless it is their product. I don’t recommend them

@ 117º F outside, and perhaps 125-130 in the attic, 20 minutes after I called, Ed went up and fixed our AC in less than 30 minutes. Capacitor was out. Professional all the way, from the time you call them until the job is completed. We should be proud to have these kind of caring, kind and professionals helping us in the middle of the desert heat.

I could not be more grateful to this business, their team and the whole family. They are always there for our desert community. Our A/C has been out since Saturday and its the middle of summer. Our home warranty was doing the ol song and dance trying to find a contractor. Called Johnson Refrigeration this morning and within an hour they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Years of experience and a dedication to helping the people of our little town definitely shines through. Thank you again for all your help.

They advertise 24 hour emergency service. We had a A/C go out on a renter of ours and it was like 100 degrees out. I called 4 times and never even got a courtesy call back telling me they wouldnt make it even tho I requested that info each time I called. I finally called the next morning to the office. No apology for not returning my call just a cant help you we are booked. Very rude. Wouldnt call them again if they were the only repair service left on this side of the world. Not a professional, responsible company to deal with during an emergency, so dont waste your time and effort calling them.
