Most HONEST car dealer I ever met!!! Have bought last 5 vehicles from here and they ALL RAN GOOD TILL WELL AFTER PAY OFF AND FOR SEVERAL YEARS AFTER!!! never got a lemon!!!!! Not once!!!! Fantastic and honest! Backs up his vehicles!!!!

Made the long drive from the Memphis area to Blytheville to purchase a late model Buick. From my salesman, Bill, to the owner, to everyone there, friendliness sets this dealership apart from the rest! These people actually CARE about the customer!! What a novel idea. I found the car online and the description of it was exactly what I found it to be when I arrived. The price was fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy my next car from Tri-State Motor Co.

Worse than Swift and CRST COMBINED! I had a stroke and I had to beg them to get me back home afterafter I got out of the hospital DONOT WORK FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY ONLY WANT YOU TO WORK YOURSELF TO THE BONE AND THEN THEY ARE THRU WITH YOU ONCE YOU CANT DO ANYTHING FOR THEM! I had a ton of nice stuff on my truck and I had to pay a manager at the flying J $180 to bring most of my stuff to me AT THE HOSPITAL! I didn’t get it all because she kept some things for herself I believe, but it was nice of her to help as much as she did because TSMT DIDNT EVEN OFFER. THIS COMPANY EVEN ASK ME TO RETURN EARLY FROM MY HARD-earned vacation so they could plan me on a load!! They are the worst trucking company in existence. And that goes from the top down!

All though their automobiles look great and appear to be in tip top shape; they are greatly over priced!!! I was ignored for the most part but the salesmen that I did talk to treated me rudely and were either unwilling or incapable of answering any questions that i had concerning the automobiles on their lot.

Go out of their way to help get you in a vehicle and very good quality cars
