I had a great experience at Verizon today, sounds wierd but true! Took my worn out mifi hotspot to replace with a new one for my semi truck device set up. Blake was training Denise and they were both extremely polite, helpful and competent! Greeted me when I walked in, replaced my device, set everything up so all I had to do was walk out to my truck and connect! They also explained to me what charges would be on my next billing statement. I am from out of state but if I am back in area and need anything else I definitely know they will help me!

Had some phones put on my account by an employee. Made a police report returned my phone an closed my account. They lost my phone phone at warehouse an now have put me in collection an it has dropped my credit score. This was all done at the Blytheville branch an Verizon does nothing do they not see a pattern here I am speechless.

I was disappointed when my daughter arrived to pick up her new phone and store did not have phone. After driving an hour and a half and not getting phone I was somewhat angry. Employees said computer problem, but we were told phone was in store before making trip.

Phone didn’t work well, and now it does. Christi was absolutely hilarious, and very very helpful.

Try to update your website so I dont have to sit outside looking like a fool 45 minutes early. Along with the fact that hours were not posted on the hour sign and three associates inside at least just kept looking at me and not telling me anything.

I called and made an appointment to go in upgrade and make some changes then when I get there apparently the store has been closed with no warning. I have been back several times during business hours with no luck very disappointed.

Drove from Piggott Arkansas for an in-store pickup and when I got there I couldnt get my order because there was an issue with their system. Spent 3 hours there and couldnt get anything done.
