No customer service, hideous selection of clothing and shoes with ridiculous prices.

Would be a better store if the xl associate “Arianna” with ten pounds of makeup didn’t have such a bad attitude and a loud crying baby with her at work. Couldn’t even get my sons shoes because she couldn’t do her job 🙄 it’s called child care, get a better job if you can’t afford it hun good lord

I love Hibbets, but Im bias cause my daughter is manager... Everyone nice and friendly, and ready to put you in a new pair of shoes or a new outfit

Love the randomness of the store items just wish they had better womens shoes.

Prices are good and they have a very good selection of items for back to school or sports related activities.

I cant even get someone to answer the phone... I work in sales, letting the phone ring all the way out 2 times in a row is terrible customer service.

Check this out: I am scared to actually go into a Hibbett Sports store. Word on the street is that their prices are sky high! I work part time and I cant afford to buy high and get low.
