Found what I was looking for. Needed some Dress Shoes 4 Daughters School Pictures. They were Clearance & I also had a On-line Coupon 4 $10. That was a BARGAIN.

Very disappointed in the store GM, he takes his job way to the serious. To the point after I called shoe carnival to explain the situation regarding a online order they couldn’t believe how the GM was acting. Customer service goes along way an he has none. I will not ever shop there again, it’s a shame, but not worth given my business to a someone who treats customers terribly.

Just had to exchange sites but staff was great. Made the exchange easy. Site was clean and organized well.

Good experience for me. Across the street at the Skechers outlet, I could not find one single pair of size 10 and 1/2 mens shoes.. Very friendly & helpful customer service. Prices are good here, they also run many specials. (Buy one - get one half off, etc) They had many more brands than just Skechers of all different types and sizes, however I did look for a new pair of water shoes to take on vacation and I could not find any in the store at that time. I have before and definitely will shop there again. PS. Packs of socks are always buy two get one free! Plenty of shoes, however.. I could not locate the “carnival” anywhere in the store? 🤯

For the most part it was ok but on one of his pair of Nikes the Nike logo is a bitfaded on the one shoe which for almost 150..its really not acceptable....😁😁😁

It is a nice store with a good selection and when they have promos going on its not too bad. I stopped for reebok work shoes and they were between 10 and 30 dollars more than every other place I checked at.

Not a huge selection of shoes. They do have BOGO but if you want certain shoes you definitely wont find them here. Store is clean and staff was nice.

I bought two pairs of shoes for my son. This location has a large selection of popular name brands and the prices are reasonable, especially if your son is a size 10.5 at 13yrs old! The service was on point, helpful, and very friendly! Also, make a few shots in their basketball hoop in between shopping for shoes in this clean organized location!

This place is great. Karen went above and beyond helping with shoe brands and sizes, especially with my grandsons orthotics. They have many brands, high quality materials. And the basketball hoop to keep brother busy was liked to!

Great place. It was my first time at the store. They even provide disposable nylons so woman/girls can try on sandals & heels & not worry about Athletes Foot Disease. I saved $20 by using a little known secret. I was able, as a woman, to buy girls youth sandals (Y) instead of womans sandals. Womans sandals start at about $40 and girls Youth start at about $20. They are leather and great quality. Plus each style comes in black, brown & white if the size is available. I really needed to stop wearing flip flops because after 30 years, my big toes no longer bend and are starting to ache. Dr said its from years of wearing $1 flip flops. Ladies, flip flops destroy your big toe and do not support your heels. After years, they will destroy your feet. This is a great place to to buy good sandals & I will share a way to save money. I ckd it out online because they had nice sandals I thought were cuter in size Y for girls/teens. The secret is if you wear a size 7 in womens, then you take a size 5Y in girls youth. They fit perfect. Just like if your a woman and you like/need mens work boots. Just go down 2 sizes from your size you normally wear. This only works if you wear a size smaller than an 8 or 9. Not sure. Google it. It also works for 1/2 sizes obviously. Just try them on to make sure you have the Y size and not girls...although Im sure youll be able to tell...trust me! 😛 I hope this tip helps my friends who, like me, cant afford expensive shoes. Sorry Shoe Carnival...I know this saving money tip causes you to lose a little bit of money but Im looking out for all your customers. If not for my learning this great tip, I would have not have bought any sandals that day. Sadly, $40 for one pair of sandals is just way out of my price range. So any sale is better than no sale...right? God bless! 😄😁🐦
