This is the most confusing experience Ive ever had when choosing paint. I needed paint for my deck thats being redone. I asked the associate for a paint to use on an outdoor deck.After 10 minutes of waiting with only 1 other customer in the store, I was presented with a brochure of 4-5 STAIN colors to choose from when I asked for exterior paint.I then told her my contractor said it specifically needs to be paint and not stain. Confused, I asked if I can just use an exterior paint for the deck. She told me no, you cant and they dont have a product to paint an outdoor deck. She suggested that I ask another associate for more help/information after already wasting 20 minutes on this whole process.When she walked away, I went to approach associate #2 and she answered the phone behind the counter and walked away.So I walked out the door.

Tiffany knows the product line and is very efficient. Doesnt waist time and searches other stores if my item isnt in stock so I can get my work done.

I had a painting business for most of my life and have dealt with Sherwin Williams the entire time. I have known Vince, the store manager for over 30 years, and he has not changed. He has always been professional, kind, and compassionate about his position, and brand. If he does not know something, he will research it, and give you the proper information. He is definitely customer orientated, and leaves all of his personal issues at the door, while working. The entire staff there are great, and the quality of products are outstanding. I have been retired for some time now, but frequent the store every so often, and they have not changed at all. They truly take care of their customers, and are loyal to their brand! Great Job!!!!

I should have been more thorough and told the guy give me the cheapest paint they have because I do get a sherein Williams 40% discount as well but of course he gave in the most expensivest paint to add $75 for the paint with my discount I still paid $48 which was way too much but beinghe had already mix the paint and it was a particular color I went ahead and bought itshould have just left it and went to Lowes like I started to. Thats it for being mr. Nice guy
