We had the most wonderful experience with Home Carpet! We wanted to make sure we hired the best for our large project of changing all of the flooring in our new home and we are so happy we chose this company. From the very beginning CJ gave us excellent customer service. We were interested in luxury vinyl plank flooring and he recommended a great product that is durable and waterproof. CJ always responded to me quickly via email and he answered all of my questions. He came out to the house right on time when he was scheduled and gave us an accurate estimate and explained what to expect with the installation process. As for the installation of the flooring Gary and Pat and the rest of the crew were absolutely phenomenal!! We were incredibly impressed with their work ethic and craftsmanship. They showed up every day right on time and got to work immediately. They even worked on the weekend to make sure the project stayed on track. They kept their work space incredibly neat and vacuumed up all of the sawdust at the end of the project. The flooring looks awesome and all of the small details are perfect. Home Carpet made the whole process incredibly easy for us from start to finish. You can trust that the project will be done correctly and if any issues come up they will quickly resolve them to make sure the customer is happy. We were looking for tile to coordinate with flooring we already had down in an adjoining room. We had been to several stores with a piece of the tile we were trying to coordinate. Every store we went to told us to look over there, where they’re tile samples were. We walked to Home Carpet with our tile. The young lady said I’ve got the perfect tile. She couldn’t find the sample so she had the staff open a palate of the tile and lay some of the tile around our tile so we could see exactly how they looked together. Great service.

We are in the process of purchasing flooring for our Living Room. C.J. takes the time to answer all of our questions. He makes suggestions but he isnt pushy. Im glad that we are going to purchase our floor from Home Carpet.

I’d called and spoke with Tabitha, she advised she’d have someone out the next day to measure the rooms I was looking for carpet in. It took a couple days but the gentleman called and came out same day to measure. The next day, Tabitha reached out to have me in and look at carpet. She sent me home with samples, I called back with my options and returned the carpet and paid the deposit. Four days later the job is done and the carpet looks great!

Picked out carpet and after 3 weeks of waiting for them to call to come and measure like I was told they would, and after 3 phone calls about getting someone out to measure, I returned samples and went with Omni Carpet who came out the same day and measured and had it installed right away for an even better cost!

I dont know why anybody would shop anywhere else! My wife and I have been dealing with them for a couple decades. You arent in business as long as they are without doing everything right.!
