Great service and fast turn around time. Easy to communicate my needs and they delivered exactly what I wanted. Im a sole proprietor business, I ordered 25 screen printed t-shirts, 2 embroidered polo shirts, 3 embroidered flat rim hats and 1 embroidered military hat. AAAMMMAAAAZZIIINNNGG! HIGH QUALITY! The dirty had a nice thickness that is not overwhelming or really flimsy. This is the type that would appear to last for years and, this will be one of your best friends. The quality of the image is the best Ive ever seen. The price might seem a bit high but getting exactly what you want on image and size at an even more incredibleness in the decor than you ever though possible. They have access to thousands of designs online so they can print it from the original digital image to that phenomenal product that you get at the end.

Dates of completion promised are never met, have tried to use many times but always disappointed in the lack of effort or care to meet deadlines. Communication when there is a delay or issue is non-existent. Surprised that I keep hearing them on the radio wanting more business because they seem to have more than they can possibly handle. Will never use again....tried too many times and left with disappointment each time. VERY unprofessional.

Great Ideas For Shirts Hats And Bags!!!

I only gave one star because that was the lowest I could give. I was given a two-day turnaround for the job completion and it turned into a two-week incomplete promise. Same issue as the previous review - no communication and empty promises; called and visited a combined six times asking when my item would be completed. It was awful how the two people in charge used the younger worker to deliver the bad news to customers while they hid behind the clothes. Totally dissatisfied and will never refer anyone to this business!

Nice products but slower than other shops when having custom images created on clothing.

Owner made me wait a week for a shirt I picked off the rack and requested a minimal amt. of iron on appliqués. I got there and he made it in 60 seconds right in front of me. Why the week wait???
