Sales man wasnt pushy, but explained to me the products and warranty. The customer service people kept me informed the whole way through when windows were being made and the installation was done in one day and they were were perfessional and they cleaned up everything thing. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Was told 2 seperate dates for installation and as of today I still have no windows!!! Very disappointed and will not recommend to others.

Sliding glass door installed. My installer Joe was very friendly. He paid attention to detail as he worked. Excellent with cleanup too. Because the door was a replacement there was a slight difference in outside. trim. He returned with proper trim and finished the job.

This team must be the Gold standard of installers, as they never stopped working and cleaning. Our home looks beautiful with the siding and windows. Salesman was very nice however the price is very high. I had 4 windows installed and a sliding door and the following occurred:1. Installed trim incorrectly 2. Left nails on my deck and broken glass on my garage apron. I have 2 little kids... 3. Left their clippings and trash in my landscaping. 4. The worst caulking job Ive ever seen. 5. Broke my vinyl siding around my window and never mentioned it. 6. Trampled and killed my flowers at one window without mentioning it. 7. Didnt finish the job because ran out of supplies which forced me to take a second day off work so they could come finish the trim andfix the mistakes. Never offered a discount for my time and damages. I still have cracked siding that needs repaired however, I just received the rest of the invoice. So I guess pay half up front, get a bad service thats unfinished and they want paid the rest without fixing it. Unreal..Ive hired enough contractors to understand that usually you get what you pay for. Well W.W. is the most expensive and I got garbage service. Been better off to go with Home Depot.

The lead time on the windows were out a little bit longer but the times we are in right now with the pandemic I completely understand. Had windows installed at my home and my business.Will not use them again. Garden window leaks when it rains wood is getting ruin. They call it condensation. They refused to fix it.

My husband and I just had our new windows installed and we LOVE them. Brad was our initial salesmen and he was fantastic. Very thorough and kind. When the installation was going on, there were maybe 3 guys and they were so efficient and quiet! I could hardly hear them while they were working.

Had windows installed on our back porch and they do not work correctly and are in no hurry to get them fixed. Had windows installed into rentals and have problem with the one. We put down half for another rental and we cannot cancel because they already ordered the windows. Very poor company and we will never use them again.

We stopped in to look at screen doors. We were ready to buy 2, but just needed to know more about their functions and the cost of each door. The man that helped us couldnt show us how they worked very well, he knew nothing much about the pricing, and nothing of the warranty. We needed to know exact cost of door, hardware, and installation. At one point he called a salesman on the phone and tried to get us a price. We were ready to set an appointment to have someone come to our house that knew what they were talking about. The man left the showroom. We waited a few minutes and he never came back. So we walked out. Very disappointing, as we first met this company at the Canfield Fair and replaced all our house windows with them. That was an excellent experience. This was just awful. We wont be back for doors.

I love how well the guys cleaned up the yard when they were done. And how polite the guys were to my family when they were here. The windows are wonderful love how they have a safety lock to open a bit yet Noone can get in.

Waited since May to get my door and window due to Covid. However after all that time they came and told me they could not install the door as it was too big for the space. They had someone measure before they even ordered the door. When I called the next business day all I got was an apology and that they would order a new door. No time frame and think they should be calling me with updates. I am disappointed as I thought they had a good reputation and expected better

When I called window world I was expecting them to be the highest priced over buying windows from one of the big box stores and having them installed by someone else, boy was I wrong! Not only were they cheaper, they had a warranty on the window and the labor! So do the math real quick, windows made to order for YOUR home, not some window thats close to what you had but not exact. AND everything is under warranty? The decision was a no brainer for myself. Make the right decision, support a local business thats supporting you too. To add to that I cant express how professional the installers were, they were fast, friendly and meticulously clean. They vacuumed up every crumb that came off the window into my home and they cleaned up every speck from outside. All around from beginning to end they were all an awesome group to deal with.

We went to this Window World of Youngstown greeted by a man that did not know the answers to our questions then a lady came out did not know the answers so we left came back another day and the man had some answers he checked on questions we asked.Decided to order a window the man that waited on us was such a smart aleck he even proceeded to tell me that we did not have a warranty on our windows we have in our house now well wrong answer we used it so we should know. He filled out the papper work and asked us to sign I said arent you going to write down the size. This man was so cocky till I told him I did reviews. What a change of attitude.We were told the window would be ready in 2-3 weeks so 3 weeks I called the window was ready but was not on the truck so next week I called still not on truck so I told them to send someone to get it have to ask boss will call me back no return call. Next week I called now the window is in for repair what the heck does that mean. Next week I called window is there and she will have someone bring it because we waited so long to get it. Window was dropped off.We unpackaged the window we were so disgusted with the window there were scratches in the vinyl on both sides the latches were not tight the screen was all loose. Next day I called and told the girl. I told her we were bring the window back and wanted our money back.We took the window back who we needed to talk to was not there we argued a bit on the window quality. We left the window he said he would get back to me tomorrow I told him when we got home I would call the credit card to dispute the charge but before we got home he called and said they would reverse the charge.Here is the thing my husband scheduled his vacation 5 weeks out to put this window in we also had kitchen cabinets coming we needed the window first now I have cabinets and no were to put them.We ordered a window from Vinylume Younngstown Ohio half the price we will see.Reply to owners comment: This window was never put in it came in this poor condition. My husband has 25 plus years in construction has put in many windows. We did not know before we ordered our window but Star Supply in Youngstown has a ton of your defective windows there for sale.

The guys that put in our windows where great! They showed us how the windows work and cleaned up everything. The only little thing was they didnt clean the tape marks left on the windows when they took off the lapels on the windows. But that is all. I would give them a 5 star rating. Love the looks of the windows and the trim that where put on.

We bought a sliding patio door and had it installed yesterday. I love this door. It is nice and heavy not like some of the flimsy ones Ive looked at before. The frame and glass on it is perfect, even the lock was better than the other ones. The men who installed it were the best. They were so efficient in the installation that they showed me that my Florida room was sloped (which I didnt know). So when they put the framework up they made sure everything was level. They showed me the insolation, capping and how to work the lock and the screen. I love this door and the windows we have from them. I would highly recommend Window World to anyone looking for a door or windows!

Window World installed new windows in our kitchen in the fall of 2017. The windows are great and we like them very much. The installers were extremely professional and helpful. I had a minor issue with one of the windows today (May, 2018). I called the office in Youngstown and spoke with Julie, who was awesome. She tried to walk me through a couple of things to correct the issue (I couldnt get the top sash back up after pulling it in to clean the window). When that didnt work, she found a technician who was an hour away and sent him to us pronto. He fixed the issue quickly and gave us a little demonstration on how to do it ourselves if it ever happens again. I would definitely use Window World again!

The entire Window World team (Steve in Sales and Jerry and Nate Installers) was professional, polite (yes sir) and very conscientious. The windows themselves are awesome and have transformed the street appearance tremendously. Inside the house the rooms are draft free (unlike the replaced 1950’s vintage single pane windows) and noticeably warmer. Kudos to the Morans for a quality experience.

Took two and a half months to get installed after Windows were measured. The installers were on time the day they installed.They worked fast and were neat.they did a great job and clean up everything. They also gave me a copy of life time warranty.

Window World was not the first company who quoted windows for my house. The other guys were ultra-expensive. Im so happy I had Window World provide a quote. Their price for top quality windows was very reasonable. They replaced every window (16) in my house in one day. There was no mess, and the men were pleasent, friendly, and professional. They really knew what they were doing! The salesman, Jason, even showed me how to save more money by having Ohio Edison do an energy audit which qualified me for $25 per window. So, I turned that money into additional energy savings by getting the insulated foam in the window channel frame. Now then what I discovered after they departed, was what these new windows did for me. We started getting blistering hot July weather. I found when it was 99 degrees outside, the temperature inside never got above 77 degrees. And THAT was with no air-conditioning turned on whatsoever. I used to always have this running in the hot summer. The windows look nice, are easy to clean, and are warranted for the LIFE of the home. This includes whoever owns it. These are definitely the last windows this house will ever need. So, I got to tell you. If you need windows as badly as I did, talk to these folks. Youll be so happy you did. And just so you know, these folks really DO stand on their windows... I mean really! Dont waste your money on those who dont. Youll pay lots more if you get this wrong. I highly recommend this company.

Window World was amazing to work with. Everything happened exactly as they said it would. My sales rep Bob Lawton took the time to explain the process and answered every question I had. The final measure was easy and done at my convenience around my schedule. My calls were returned in a timely fashion and the installation process was flawless.The Window World Team was respectful and treated my home with care. They cleaned up both the outside and inside mess caused by the installation and were done within 45mins. They even offered to replace some broken screens with ones they were discarding from a different job that were in better repair.I am sure we will need windows again in our old house, and I will not hesitate to contact Window World when that time comes.

My mom ordered new doors and windows. She spent THOUSANDS only to have the person who took her order forget to submit it to the factory. It took 4 months to actually install everything AFTER the order was finally submitted. Then she was told that they ordered the wrong part and not only would she need to wait longer for 2 of the windows, it was going to cost an extra $500. You would think they would forgo this amount considering how much she spent and the number of their errors, but nope, they charged her. I honestly wouldnt recommend them. Every interaction with them as seemed shady.

Installation was timely, windows modernized the look of the house. However, some of the windows lets in the bug through the screens. WW sent top sashes will slip down a little, so the window lock does not match and can t lock, without pushing the top sash back in place. They sent out installers to check windows, but problem not fixed. The Product is not a good quality for the amt. we paid for the windows. Wish we had the old casement window back . They didnt let in bugs. Disappointed.

The quality is the only thing i have not rated Time we give me this rating.Everything else received 5 stars from the salesmen to the inside communications to the installers.

8 weeks for the windows to come in, two installation dates were cancelled,When the installation gentleman got here finally, the window was measured incorrectly and wouldn’t fit,$1,400 dollar window that doesn’t fit. Now I’m back to square one. I wish I would have went with another company. If this goes wrong I’m going to BBB, and attorney, no one has the authority to give me my down payment back. Really uncomfortable about the installation being done properly.

They do not provide free estimates $95 per window unless you get 10 and the representative didnt come when he was supposed to. They lie dont trust them most of the five star reviews are family members.

I havent even got my window yet!!!Over my quoted time, I had to call more than once. I do not get return calls. Very upset, this is messing up my schedule of a bathroom remodel because they can not do the work on time. It has been more than 6 weeks!!!!!!!Not happy at all. I would probably have a heart attack if anyone did what they said they would do. Shame on you window world. Maybe you should quite standing on the damn windows and do some work!!!
