Every time I come to this store someone helps me find something! The moment you walk through the door, they greet you and want to help. Very nice staff, always friendly kind, and they all know their products well!

Its really nice to have a neighborhood hardware store. The prices are good and the employees are friendly and helpful. They have more inventory than you would suspect.

On June 11th I purchased a brand-new Toro Recycler push mower for $329.00 plus tax at Boardman, Ohio Ace Hardware..this was my first time ever in an Ace hardware store..my boyfriend raved so much about their Struthers store, but this one was on my way home from work..the employees seemed so helpful..the owners manual was missing with this mower and the young employee said he would email it to me cause after looking he couldnt find it..the email sounded like a good idea..but, a week later and still no email..so, I sent an email to Ace on their site..a week later no email..I needed fertilizer for my garden..so, I could ask about the manual then..the lady at register took my phone number, my email address, and my name so he could send me the manual...this is now June 29th..Ive yet to use my lawn mower and Im very upset..this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced..maybe now I can get their attention..

I did a Google search and found that this location was listed for repairing window screens. I called the location and they said yes they repair window screens.. The very next day Im yeah every next day I brought my window screens in for being repaired and was told by the manager That they werent taking they werent taking any more window screens because they had a backlog. I asked him what what 4 months and she said could be B so dont bother coming here if you want to get your window screens repaired

I bought some Ace garbage cans & insect spray. The cans are so durable & especially on sale,$16.99, beats the larger retail stores by a long shot! The insect spray worked GREAT! Good spraying distance,works quickly. Tried this to kill fruit flies and gnats. If Raid is too expensive, this is the next best thing. I definitely will buy again( on sale 2/$5).

Literally have just about everything you need. The rewards card does work, so spend money & get good useable coupons. Staff is always on point & selection is vast given the size, which is decent once you get in. Support local, shop small, skip home Depot for items that can be bought here. Prices are where they need to be, due to the amount of time you spend getting what you need & accessibility of it. Youre generally able to get what you need & not have to cover 2 football fields worth of walking.

The service at this Ace Hardware is wonderful they are so polite and helpful they lead you right to what you need the store is clean and neat I cant say enough of how excellent this store is!

They wont service the tools they sell. Theyll sell you a lifetime warranted tool, but they wont replace it.

A well stocked hardware. Very helpful sales people. So happy they opened a store like this in the Boardman area. Dont like having to go to the big warehouse places all the time. If they dont have something in stock they will order it for you. It comes in very quickly. Excellant store.

I dont know much about tools but when I went here with a friends he found alot of things that he felt were useful for the project he was doing.

Kind of a small store but very helpful sales associates great customer service. Prices are competitive with the big box stores.

The branch in Boardman Ohio that is showing up under Lawnmower service and repair and lawnmower blade sharpening does neither of these. They refer anyone who calls to Middleton Ohio. I do not like having my time wasted and dislike dishonest listing and keyword spammed search results such as this.

Fair selection of merchandise considering the location and size of the store. Not much service as there seems to be only 2 staff on hand and not much business. I was surprise in the lack of attention I was provided consider we were getting toilet seats, no one approach to offer any service. Too bad as I dont believe this location will last.
