Went in tonight and was soo disappointed!! I ordered a campfire ice cream and my ice cream was a cottage cheese texture and melted. My boyfriend ordered the maple bacon milkshake and the blonde boy handed it to him with it dripping like crazy and it was also extremely melted as well. Not to mention the boy had no personality or manners.

I only first went to this place less than a month ago, but I have been back 3 times since. I have an extreme sweet tooth, and I love floral flavors, and this place caters to both. Every trip I have had here has been great, the service is good, the ice cream is terrific, and the owner is very nice. This bakery is amazing! They did our cake and cupcakes for my wedding and we had so many compliments on them! The staff is extremely kind, accommodating, and very easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about N2!

I originally went here at the beginning of covid and was blown away. Amazing. Thats all I can say. Once the place shut down partially I waited eagerly for a reopening. Once it did I made sure to visit. Raspberry, cheesecake, gummy bears and raspberry puree for a delicious raspberry cheesecake ice cream experience. Whenever Im in town, hot or cold, I will support this business with my money. Also the owner is a great guy, love talking with him when hes there.

Edit: After the owner kindly offered for me to come back a try something else, I did. The bakery items I tried this time were great and the owner was really nice. I still have yet to try the ice cream, but Ill definitely make a point to stop again and recommend others do too.I stopped here to pick up some Mothers Day treats since Ive heard good things. I bought some cupcakes and a couple slices of cheesecake. The cheesecake from what I tried (strawberry shortcake) was just edible. The flavor combinations for their cupcakes are creative, but the icing is about inedible due to being overly sweet and having a chalky over mixed texture. I did like that they fill their cupcakes, so that was a plus. The service was great, kind staff. I did not get any ice cream or milkshakes, so I will update if I stop back in. Not sure I would recommend their bakery items, but everyone has their own tastes so stop in and judge for yourself.

It was my 1st time there. The over all experience is really cool the service was great and how they made the ice cream was really cool. They have many different selections of pastries and ice cream favors. The only thing is I thought my ice cream portion was a little bit small. But It was so yummy and I cant wait to go back.😉👍🏾

I really liked my Mocha Shake! My daughter wasnt thrilled with hers, but she kept changing her mind, and changing things so.. to bad for her. Mine was excellent!

I went to this place today, they just opened in Salem. The people working there were super nice, and greeted everyone who walked through the door. There ice cream was very good, I would prefer over Dairy Queen!

I usually order custom cake from SAMS club! but this time i wanted to change i ordered custom cake and cupcakes from them and the guy told us 85$ and when my husband went to pick it up there was a lady charged him 100$ !! I told him its fine as long as the cake tastes as expected!! I ordered “the better than sex” flavour and it was OK !! Honestly the only thing that was good is the shape of the cake it was as i wanted

This place is absolutely amazing!! I have gotten a few cakes made here by the lovely Rachel! I also stop in from time to time just to enjoy some of the amazing desserts they have. Definitely an 11/10 for sure!!

My daughter Ordered from here for my granddaughter’s first birthday, a completely horrible experience. The smash cake that was ordered for the first birthday photos was completely wrong, was supposed to be red and black as in photo emailed and the cake was pink and blue- the rep did apologize and said they can make a new one and have it ready for the next day however pictures were the next morning. Her first birthday party was a week later, in which my daughter ordered 24 cupcakes that we’re not ready at the time that my daughter said she was picking them up, keeping in mind she reminded them twice and what time she was coming to get them and they stated they would be ready however they were not.I’m not sure how something so simple can be made to be so difficult, this is your business. So disappointed in the customer service provided.

This is a wonderful locally owned bakery and ice cream shop. I love their ice cream, cheesecakes are to die for and the cupcakes are delicious! I also ordered a custom made cake from there and the baker was extremely creative. Employees are friendly and the owner is amazing. 10/10

This place is such a hidden gem in our community!! After trying one of their cupcakes at a friend’s wedding I knew I had to go back for more. The staff was very friendly and the owner was awesome and had such a wonderful personality. He definitely wanted to make you feel welcomed. You can just feel the warmth of the owner and staff in the atmosphere. The menu was extensive and there were so many tasty options that I will be trying in the future. I purchased 6 cupcakes and all of the favors were excellent. The cupcake is the perfect size for the price,the cake is always moist, and the icing is absolutely delicious. My family will definitely be coming back for years to come. Thanks for the great experience.

Had two orders. The first order was the wrong cake. They offered to fix and have me pick up the next day which was nice. But I wasn’t going to have a cake go to waste so I made it work. And I couldn’t come back the next day because the cake was needed early. While there I asked if I could pick up my next order a day early. They said no problem and I figured they’d make note of it. When I showed up a day early they seemed to have no recollection of it. They did offer to deliver it to my house or have me pick it up 30min later. It was kind. I waited it out and picked it up. They didn’t seem apologetic about it at all which was annoying. But the cake looked surprisingly good for the short amount of time. IN MY OPINION, the cake was okay. I’m mainly just upset because I’ve only ordered from here twice and both times there was a mishap. Then for it to seem like the person could care less? I don’t think I’m going to order from here again. Maybe somebody else would have a better experience.

Very cute little store and the staff was very friendly. This was my first visit and I will be returning. The ice cream and flavors I chose were very good, strawberry with chocolate chips, and itll be fun to go back and try other flavors. There is a lot of flavors to choose from. I only saw a few cakes on display but the custom decorating was impressive and from the pictures on their website they can do any number of custom cakes. We really need a bakery like this in our area so I hope the store can weather these troubled times.

This bakery and ice cream shop combination is a favorite of mine. The bakery items are divine. My personal favorite bakery item is the cinnamon cheesecake. The ice cream is flash frozen before your eyes and children and adults enjoy watching the entire process. Theres a plethora of base flavors and toppings. Definitely a must stop in and try! This business also gives back to the community and was recently featured as a local Hometown Hero!

We were excited to get to try the N2 ice cream shop for our first time today. I was surprised to find out that it was a complete relocation from Lisbon, I had thought both were open. It was a little bit of a hassle when there was a bit of a crowd and they are asking only one group into the store at a time (which is completely understandable). If we had gone at a less busy time I am sure it would have been more fun for my kids to get to stay and watch everything being made. The flavors were great, the variety is awesome. There is ice cream as well as baked goods available. Everything looked delicious and everything we tried was.

I visited this store some weeks ago and savored (one should never DEVOUR a pastry of this caliber) a raspberry-filled cupcake from N2. I have paid more and have gotten truly awful cupcakes, and that day I paid only $2.50 for a piece of edible heaven. The cake was light and airy; the surprise jam filling tart and tasty. The raspberry cream on and inside was oh, so good. And the real raspberry flourish was a true testament to the words fresh and made daily.

What a fantastic place! The ice cream was the smoothest and creamiest I have ever eaten. The owners have come up with their own combinations that are amazing or you can create your own. I had The Pucker and it was awesome! The owners were both friendly and welcoming. We came in as strangers and left as friends. Love this place!

I have been down and unable to get out for the past 3 weeks from an injury. I was craving cupcakes! My husband and daughters found this place and decided to try it. BEST DECISION EVER!!!! The cupcakes are absolutely amazing and the first thing I’ve enjoyed in weeks! Best cupcakes I’ve ever had!! I can’t wait to go try the ice cream! N2 has absolutely the best cheesecake and milkshakes I’ve ever had. The cinnamon roll cheesecake is to die for. You can get so many different options with the milkshakes, it’s like a party in your mouth. Their cupcakes are amazing, so many different flavors.

Let me start by saying I wasn’t a fan of cupcakes at all...until I tried these! The lemon blueberry cream cheese cupcake was the best thing to ever hit my taste buds! Everything I tried is absolutely delicious, the Russian Bride is my favorite ice cream protocol, and the Frostbite is my newest guilty pleasure!

The icecream is sort of silly. Nitrogen instead of a cold stone. It still tastes good and is a neat treat. The real secret here is Crumbles bakery that has great baked goods and provides jobs for developmentally challenged people who might not be employed otherwise.
