Its one of the last dynasty for Sears appliance showroom. They provide that nostalgia-type knowledge of the appliances that is absent in modern day shopping. They were prompt in delivery and set-up. They even hauled the old appliance away. Sears Hometown Store provided that old-school one-on-one shopping experience.

Sears Home Town in Bogalusa La is a fantastic store with great people and products.

Very helpful staff. The guy who loaded my washer into the truck was extremely competent. The price of the item was the same as the big box stores. The store was clean and orderly. I would highly recommend Sears Hometown Store.

Didnt find what I was looking for on this visit. There isnt a restroom available and the prices are kinda high. Credit is hard to get approved here. Good luck.

Lots of appliances to choose from, great employees and it’s Locally owned. The staff will do whatever they need to do, to help get the best deal. They did more for me than I would have ever expected. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but they honestly still have it. Great shopping experience.

Polite, knowledgeable of the products, very quick to help and answer questions. Great selection (considering the size of the store) and at each price point. Their lease plan is something to look at if youre on a budget or fixed income. Plus their lease to own program seems more practical and affordable than Aarons with less interest.

Not happy with the service. The lady asked to stop serving us when another customer wanted a credit check. Us the ppl paying cash got disrespect. Then she served 2 other ppl.

Its like they are trying to cram as much stuff as they can in the space available in the storefront and it feels a little crowded but other than that the staff is very friendly willing to take time with you and make sure you get what you looking for.
