I ALWAYS LIKE GOING TO AUTOZONE, JUST MAKE SURE YOU TALK TO SOMEONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE, SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN THERE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS, AND SEEMS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR JOB, THE REASON THAT I SAY THIS IS I WENT THERE FOR A PART, FOR MY TRUCK, AND HAD A YOUNG MAN WAITING ON ME ( HE MIGHT HAVE BEEN 20 YEARS OLD, AND SEEMED NOT SURE OF HIMSELF ) I HAD PICTURES OF THE PART, AND HE WAS ABOUT TO SELL ME THE WRONG PART ( FOR $ 50 ), I GOT TO GIVE IT TO HIM, HE DID, ASKED IF I COULD TAKE AND UNPLUG THE WIRE FROM THE PART AND TAKE A PICTURE OF THE PART AND THE WIRES THE THAT I UNPLUGGED FROM THE PART, AFTER I SHOWED HIM THE NEW PICTURES, HE WAS ABLE TO SELL ME THE RIGHT PART ( $25 ) I HOPE !ITS A DAM GOOD THING THAT I HAD MY TRUCK WITH ME, OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A BIGGER PAIN IN THE BEHIND, THEN WHAT IT WAS !

Went to get specific parts for my boat, they didn’t have them. Instead of just leaving it at that, they stated this other filter and spark plus would work just fine. Wrong! Next time just leave it at, you don’t have what I need.

Store is always clean and employees helpful, but Robert Phelps stands out as a stellar individual. He checked my battery and told me it was charging and didnt complain when he had to hook it up again when I asked about my alternator. He also assisted by watching me pour in coolant so I would know when to stop. Very courteous and helpful.

Terrible employees!!! Do yourself a favor and go to a different store. The employees have no clue what they are doing and are very rude. The other locations are good but the bogalusa location is awful. I dont like leaving bad post but this place deserves a bad review! OReillys is not far from AutoZone and they are much better. Better service and professional employees!!!

Very clean location, staff acknowledged me instantly and offered to help. I got my check engine light scanned and bought a sparkplug, fast easy repair with the help of the employee it was a breeze to find the correct part needed.Thanks for the quickest experience of most Autozone locations. They do price match parts at this location also.
