The Rep couldnt help me get into my account on my prepaid account he said I have to call 611 I have already done that and I told him so but,he still couldnt help what do they do to help someone to get in their account.they dont even try to help! I am using another phone that I am considering to keep and ditch Verizon.i can only pay my bills at that store.they need to learn how to trouble shoot peoples phones. I would have put no stars but I know u have to put at least 1.

They did everything they could to help me not have to pay the $300.00 but to no avail

Had a horrible experience some months ago at this location. Very unethical practices by a former employee. Employee was terminated. Didnt have any intention to return to this place of business. Now they have a new employee named Kasi. She was very helpful and honest. Double checked everything with someone from Verizon. Even though she was relatively new, Im sure once she gets settled in the job she will be great.

Awesome group of friendly people work here. They can do everything from troubleshooting simple to complex issues to upgrades and new lines to Bill payment (there is a $3 fee but cheaper than driving to covington). A large selection of cases and other accessories. Definitely worth a visit.
