This was my first visit for service (State inspection) at this dealership (this is not where I bought the car) and I was impressed from the moment I drove in to the drop off. Vincent took care of all my questions and advised I had a safety recall. He explained what the recall was for and that the part would need to be ordered. I waited for my car and even though they were a bit busy the waiting room was clean, roomy, had good wifi, coffee, water and snacks. I had a few more questions that were also answered and even spoke to the parts team were Mike and Mike assisted in ordering a few other items for me. Overall It was a great experience and how a service department should run. My car was washed for no charge and I received a small gift bag. I also, noticed that the Owner has his picture and phone number posted around the dealership in case anyone has and issue. I dropped my 2019 Kia off for service last night after the dealership was closed. The first thing this morning I received a very pleasant telephone call from Vinny from the service department. He went over everything I had written on the envelope to be sure he had all of the accurate information. He was very nice, extremely informative and pleasingly professional. Vinny explained exactly what they were going to do and told me he will call me back a little later today. I figured that would not happen ad I would need to call the dealership back. (Most places never call you back even when they say they will). I was pleasantly surprised when Vinny called me back and it was him again - not a different person. He let me know that I am due to have the cabin and the air filters changed and advised me they should be changed each year. He explained why. I was not ware of this. I agreed to have both filters changed. Vinny alsi advised me of when I may need my front brakes changed and explained all of that to me. He was truly amazing ! I have not experienced service and professionalism like this before. He called me back again to let me know the car was finished and ready for pick up. I am a very satisfied and happy customer. Vinny from the Service department is truly an asset to your company and business. THANK YOU VINNY !

For the most part the experience was good. Our salesman Mike was knowledable on the car we leased and friendly. Unfortunately he neglected to tell us about $400 in additional fees we would be hit with when speaking to the finance department, even though I asked if there were any fees besides deposit first payment and plate transfer fee, even though he was asked several times.
