Always the place to go because the schedules and they can get you orders too

Staff is so pleasant and helpful. Store is neat and clean. Great place to get gift sets for loyal clients. Restocking needs to happen more frequently. Ive been asking about the same product where the shelf has been empty for 6 weeks. Grr.

Worst Cosmo ever now !!!! The old employees (the blonde, the young girl, and the boy) we’re the best, they were so sweet and friendly, and now the new employees are rude don’t help you at all.. and now they don’t even do there deliverys or put anything out so they never have what I need ... this store is going so down hill I rather go to salon centric 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have been to this particular store twice now where i walk in and the door beeps to alert employees a customer has walked in. i can hear the staff laughing and talking in a back room, no one checks to see if i need anything. i grab what i need, wait at the register for several minutes hoping someone will notice im there, then put down what i was going to purchase, leave and go to four star down the block. dont waste your time.

I agree, dont waste your time. Cashier doesnt even have knowledge of the beauty industry or the store itself. Products are scarce. I was treated like a burden. I dont even know how they are even still open.

Rude workers with terrible manors. Never saw a place where the cashier talks to you with their mouth full of food.

They close for lunch and say they be back at 11:30 and do not. They are losing business.
