Ordered over a month ago and never received my product. Called and they cannot find my order or tell that I even placed one even though I have a email confirmation with number.

I ordered my new business printer and it could not have been a better service. They came and set it up and connected it to all my machines. I appreciate the time and effort.

When our business needs changed...so did the machines. I would not have brought them into the 2nd employer of mine unless they were worth it! Always great courteous service. Never a hard sell. They also sell toner which is so convenient and at competitive prices too.
