Even though this was far away from my home in Bohemia. I shopped here yesterday 2/15 knowing this will be my last trip here because theyre closing for good. I only shopped here because the Kmart in Babylon ( my childhood store) closed forever in 9/1/18 and the Huntington one closed in 1/27/19. Ill miss shopping in Kmart in general because of good variety of items there and only a few nicely mannered employees with great customer service ( my opinions, dont judge me). One lady was so rude for not ringing a customer on my last day here since she didnt have any customers. I may not remember her name but remember her face (dark gray hair, glasses, older lady) from my first trip here on 3/7/19. She was okay that I brought items up to the register she was at and when she had to cancel some items off the computer because I thought I had enough to get everything I wanted but I only had enough to get some items and give the evil glare. Well, hopefully shes retiring so she doesnt have to work in retail again or work period. I wished a few nicely mannered employees good luck on their new jobs. Hopefully the rude ones never work in retail again ( my opinion, dont judge me).

Good kmart but theyre closing permanently in 10 days. Thats February 17, 2020. They did really well getting rid of their inventory. Almost nothing left. Even the hardware and racks and carts are being bought up.

I always find everything I need when I come here. The prices are good, and the staff is always friendly. I know that eventually it is probably going to close, and I am going to miss it tremendously.

I will miss this place... well Kmart in general. In the 80s and 90s it was the place to go for low cost quality items. Thank you Kmart for your years of fond shopping memories.

I was shopping here today and 2 young workers were making fun of fat size 18 as they put away clothes in the Plus Size section. This store deserves to tank because of stupid comments like that one and their lack of available cashiers. I left without buying anything. I made sure I had a good rummage through the fat clothes before I left. Do your job and learn some manners. The manager should teach them some customer service skills.

You can pretty much tell that this place has been left for dead. People are okay but their systems are really outdated. Its a quick place to grab something cheap if youre nearby or you forgot to grab something for home. Otherwise, Id stick to going to another store for a better experience. K-Mart is unfortunately on its way out anyway.

Excellent for seasonal items and decor, local team merch, and garden center is nice. The clothes and shoes are much better quality than Walmart and very inexpensive. I love using their buy online, pick up in store service. Saves me a lot of time having to o around the entire store to find things.

I went in for a bottle of nail polish waited 40 minutes and then the girl couldnt figure out why she couldnt bring it up the worst experience ever! They never have any registers open Beta never have enough staff the store is always a mess could use lots of updating and could use better staff who actually know what theyre doing at the registers.

This store is 25 years behind the times. So old and outdated and the return policy sucks. Don’t worry there days are numbered here will be glad to see this dump and Sears close for good.

The store is a mess and there are not enough cashiers on to deal with the lines. Some higher up loves cutting staff/hours (which *surprise!* results in dirty unkept stores.) The management needs new blood desperately.

I bought a jacklyn smith patio set last August. The glass smashed a couple of days ago for no apparent reason. After a couple of calls I was able to get through to someone who told me they would do nothing about it. I couldnt even get replacement glass and then he basically told me off for having my table on my deck may 1st. I was even willing to pay for the new glass. So I spent 800.00 for something that lasted 10 months. The rudeness was incredible i will never buy anything from k mart again. !

They close at 9pm instead of 10pm as this store is going out of business. Expect some of the staff to be tired and rude.

Basic Kmart. Sometimes the lines are just unbearable. The staff is very helpful and nice. They could just use more of them.

I decided to begin my holiday shopping early this years and stopped by this Kmart location. I was very impressed with their selection of items.

Very sad that it is closing but overall good sales and go get ur christmas shopping done here because there is so many items for sale and plus closing sale today is the last final day for this store i grow up going here

I always shop at Kmart and Sears. Its a shame more people dont shop here. Lately Kmart/Sears has been sending me many emails with money points loaded on my Shop Your Way card. Its been saving me alot if money on cloths and shoes. They are trying to keep shoppers comming to their stores. Keep a close eye on the emails. They may give you $10 off on cloths and shoes but its good for a few days. Some of the cloths here is better than Walmart.

Parking lot full of holes. Bathrooms tend to be disgusting and there is always products lined through the aisle and hard to maneuver around. Floors dip in areas and not much of a grocery selection

How are you going to put that you close at 12 o’clock tonight when I got here at 11:25 and you were closed I left work early to get here you guys need to take that down so people don’t leave work rushing out for nothing seriously that’s no respect for your customers at least put the right hours down that way people don’t leave work early rushing there for nothing I will never come to the store on top of that I’m gonna call corporate I know this sounds real petty to people but I left work early just to get here and rushed here for nothing

This is a disapointment of a place in the universe, 6 people in customer service couldnt find a god d@mn bike AND THEY WERE LOOKING IN THE SMALL CLOSET FOR THE BIKE. i feel bad for that poor lady. The lady helping my mom clocked out of their shift and didnt help my mother. They need to hire peoplr with atleast half a head. Im 13 and i know better.

This company has the worst customer service, do ourselves favors dont buy anything online, it always comes damaged and they dont refund the shipping cost, that is why amazon is putting all these stores out of business

Caution if buying food from here. Expired food on the shelves since the store is dead with no customers food sits so long it expires. Tonight I found mouse droppings on the shelves in the snack food aisle.

Kmart here and other locations arent as good as old times. So depressing.

In person people are helpful, phone service is horrible. Left on hold for 20 minutes three times in a row.
