Your local corner card store with every imaginable scratch off you could care to scratch. As if that wasnt enough two more machines to manually wager, two machines at the counter. Bottom line you wont miss a single game of quick draw. Yes hes extremely LUCKY to have you trying to buy that life changing ticket.
