Arrived near closing with a dilemma of great importance to me and my family. The staff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful coming up with a workable solution. While waiting a few other customers arrived and I know closing time loomed, the staff never faltered in their patience.

Jackie was pleasant and professional. I had a very easy experience mailing my package without any issues.

Whoever is there right now (10am Tuesday 10/05) is amazing! Shes the best counter person and any of these places Ive ever been.

This is the best office Ive ever been to! All the staff and especially Matt, are all so wonderful, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I am always greeted immediately, and if Matt sees me struggling with a package, he will run out and help me. Unless I need to use another office that has later hours, this is my go to place. I actually look forward to coming here!

During my 5 week project I had to ship countless packages and no matter what I brought to them, they helped me with a smile on their faces. I can’t express my gratefulness for how helpful they were. Wish all FedEx Offices operated like this store does!

I ordered gym equipment which came in 3 packages. However, this FedEx location is able to lose an 80lb package and not know where it is. I’ve been calling customer support every day to try to track where it is. How does this facility manage to lose an 80 pound package, without poor negligence. It did not even inform me unless I had not kept calling. I will still be calling everyday until this package is returned to me.

Fedex driver pulled up to my house and sat there for a moment, marked my package as delivered and never got out of his truck. The package was clearly marked as an Xbox Series X and the driver stole it and left me to report it missing on an item that is out of stock everywhere. Scumbags driving for this place.

I sometimes go out of my way just to go to this location. Everyone that works here is great! Always friendly and they get in and out quick.

They make me feel like I’m the Mayor of this FedEx and treat me as if I’m a VIP. It just doesn’t get any better than this. I just hope they know how appreciative I am of them and how great a service they always provide to me, even before I walk through those front doors. Thank you so much and happy holidays! And as always, I’ll see you in another few days to pick up some more boxes. : )

10/3/20. This location is temporarily closed until further notice even though Fex Ex site says its open. I understand locations have to close due to the pandemic but the bare minimum is to update your open/closed status online.

Ive been coming to this location for a little over a year now, Ive gotten to know the manager Jen and get wonderful staff. They are a wonderful group of people, they are all ready to work at a moments notice. Ive seen them help with the most tedious of tasks and they all go above and beyond to help and facilitate any issues.They never do things without the approval of the customer which off the bat is better than any other shipping location Ive been to. They always double check and even triple check everything.The whole staff is well versed in proper packing procedures, from car parts to Grandmas quilt, they will make sure it is well packed and arrives well. They put so much care and efficiency into each package that it is truly commendable.I am shocked at the level of professionalism from everyone at this location, even when the most unruly and offensive customer is screaming down their throats and its belittling the staff, they are not the kind of people to lose a it. They remain as calm and as professional as can be, and that earns all my respect.My only complaint and its a big one, why arent the other FedEx locations as professional as this one. They have honestly set the standard for my at any other location i have visited. They cant even use the excuse that they are not busy because theres been times that Ive gone there on a daily basis and they get super busy.For the amount of work and effort that each staff member puts into their job here truly is a reflection of how proper leadership can make a huge difference for a business.

Currently outside of the Bohemia Fed Ex location which clearly states the hours on the door. It is 12:55 pm on a Sunday and their hours state 12-6 on sundays but the doors are locked and the place is dark. I tried calling the location phone number and there was no answer. Someone else just pulled into the parking lot and also saw the locked doors (we both tried both sets of doors)....I will no longer be using Fed Ex due to this ridiculous experience.

THIS LOCATION NEEDS AUTOMATIC DOORS. The staff is great, and they deserve automatic doors as much as the customers do. Carrying boxes in and out is all anyone ever does here, literally, so not installing automatic doors is exceptionally inconsiderate. I will consider taking my business (daily) shipping elsewhere if this demand is not met. Thank you

Horrible. The woman working the counter was slow, irritable, and couldnt care less about what she was doing. She was as ill-mannered as she was unprofessional. I went to UPS instead. They were polite, efficient, and flexible. Even the US Post Office has a more professional staff!

I have a pet expo in exhibiting in, Mark the manager there was an absolute life saver. Extremely professional.

I was just dropping off a pre-labeled and closed box ready to ship. There was a line and it moved very slow. Only one person working. You can tell as she addressed the ppl in front of me she was NOT having a good day and was trying very hard not to let her very poor additude from coming out. (But failing. Even tho all customers were nice and friendly.)I will likely chose USPS over FedEx.

Lacking customer service

I made a priority shipment to Santo Domingo paying an amount of 120 dollars, the shipment had to arrive in two days to the recipient because it has already been a week since the beginning of this crossing of calls and false explanations of both the cede of bohemia and in Santo Domingo, now they ask me to pay a tax in Santo Domingo but they do not tell me anything to pay back the money I paid for priority since no priority was fulfilled, in Bohemia Miss Ashia wiped her hands saying that they already fulfilled that is your problem that is Santo Domingo perhaps they are not Fedex everywhere, without more I lost 120 dollars you lose more customers ...
