“No good deed goes unpunished”. Truer words where never spoken at the Tractor Supply today. Upon entering the store and approaching the pet section a lady was having difficulty getting a heavy bag of dog food off the tall stack, so I stop and assisted her. Then I did my quick shopping of 6 items and got in line at the single open register. Along comes another store associate and says “I can get you at the other register”. There was a couple ahead of me in the first line, and I suggested he take care of them first, which he did. Then as I get to the register the associate tells me he has to go and help someone load some items (the dog food lady I assisted). Going back to the line I was originally in some other people where now ahead of me, so my wait was even longer. I don’t blame the associate that left the register, I blame the store management for poor training. It might have taken 2 minutes to ring up my 2 items. Instead I was there another 10 minutes. I did go to this store about every other week to pick up $100 plus in dog supplies. I am probably ordering online from now on, and not from Tractor supply. It is all about customer service and there wasn’t any.

I received my turkey chicks through the mail. They were very lethargic. It was very difficult for me to get them to eat or drink. I spent over $172. for 20 chicks. Within 48 hours, all are dead but one! Im extremely disappointed to say the least.. They were kept in the house with food, water, and supervision. Nothing I could do. Nobody will answer for refund or replacement either.

Friendly staff and they jumped right to assisting us. Clean and organized store they loaded up the vehicle too.

I love this Tractor Supply! (Edited to add that Sabrina is the BEST!) The people there are always friendly and helpful and eager to point me in the right direction. The employees are usually doing the same things youre doing at home and are knowledgeable in their departments.

This was a very very nice store. It was very clean inside and outside it was also very organized. There are lots of choices for lots of different things that you may have from garden to shoes and boots to tires to anything that you could use on the farm. The staff was very nice and I was very impressed by how helpful they were.

This location has awful customer service. The only decent manager they have is the assistant manager. He is the only friendly one. I am a former Team Leader from Idaho and I worked for Tractor Supply for 4.5 years and I would never act or treat customers the way they do. They act so inconvenienced when you ask for help & they definitely do not use GURA. We just tried using our $10 reward and the computer kept rebooting so the cashier called a team Leader up and he was really annoyed by us and when he saw my multiple NC accounts (I don’t know why I have multiple) and went “Jesus!” Then he told us we were out of luck when I know he could have called the help desk, moved to another register, used the MPOS or just added the discount manually. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience, but it will be the last. We would rather go to the Nixa store than be treated like dirt.

Customer service has been extremely lacking for the last couple months. Multiple times Ive came into the store to get chickens or ducks, and stood at the poultry cage for 30-40 minutes. With multiple employees walking by. Completely ignoring the people waiting for chickens. And thats only if I actually see an employee. There have been days they are NO WHERE to be found either, and weve had to wait at the registers for someone to check us out.

Love Tractor Supply, always a great experience. Excellent selection, knowledgeable staff, and good prices.

I have spent my last dollar at Tractor Supply. Your customer service has went down hill beyond compare. I have shopped there for iver 3 years and I have had Justin treat me very poorly over the last several trips to your store. Today Sabrina was beyond rude to me about a cart full of feed. i was going to purchase. I decided to not put up with the rudeness so I left your store. Sabrina then called me a jerk and my wife heard this. I went back in the store to talk to your manager on duty he seemed to careless than Sabrina. I will be spending my money with Race Brothers in Springfield.

This store isnt what it used to be 😔 hardly ever has vitamor in stock. Couldnt get it OR pine bedding pellets today. Over the last several weeks poorly stocked and messy. The dog food stack by the end caps were just piled, I see a dog food avalanche in the near future is someone doesnt fix it. Seems like employee turn over is very high, new faces each time I go. Probably going to quit coming here and go to the Lebanon store even tho its a further drive.

Have been out of the feed I need for my lambs for 2 weeks...will be going somewhere else where I can get it consistently. Although the assistant manager has tried to order it in for me.

Tractor supply is hosting neighborhood days for local people selling homemade/homegrown products. Kudos to Tractor supply!

I frequent this store weekly, but today I used the dog wash. Its been over a year since I used it.I was appalled it was so filthy. You would of thought that all that time it was not usable they would of gone in and did a major power wash and sanitizing! Look like a nasty gas station bathroom. Yuk

Great place ... Well it WAS! Its a joke now. Sad. Such a disappointment. No one knows what is going on. Get a lot of misinformation and run around. Lebanon store is much better. This place needs to get their act together. Many others tell me the same thing. God dont ever order something site to store. I was told I had 48 hours to pick up the items or itd be restocked. Well, I had other items that they had a two week estimate. I dont live in the same town!!WTH

Tractor supply in Bolivar Mo is the only place I go for my feed and farming equipment. The staff there is always greeting you with a smile and a sincere hello. The store is clean and organized so that you can easily find what youre looking for. The Bolivar team is equipped with knowledge of product and life experience on the farm. You truly feel like a neighbor at tractor supply.

Made the reservation online, while driving. Simple. Getting to actual location is a bit confusing, just have to remember its located near the Super 8 and there are a couple small signs to direct you. There are dead end signs for the road as well. Stayed in a King Suite, quite spacious but very dark. Will have to see how breakfast is in the morning.

Loved their pet wash station, $10 includes soap, conditioner, towels and blow drier! Great deal. They even gave Grace a dog treat as we left.

Found what I was looking for pretty quickly. Matt was very professional and amicable. I was pleased with my visit.

I love chick days and I even bought two ducks from them (ended up being grain sucking meat ducks but hey, works out for them since its a feed store😂). I can always find what I need (and dont need). They even have intresting and unexpected things for a feed store. They even have a pet wash station thats not limited to dogs and cats, Ive asked about taking my silkie chickens and was given a yes. I also heard of people taking goats. Best feed store for fun and unusual things.

This is a great store for anything farm related. It is nice to have a place close that is open evenings and Sundays.

I love this store, Ive been here twice this week. The first time was for 50lbs chicken scratch and 35 lbs bird seed. I bought them and got out to my car then realized no one had even offered to help me load them. I did it by myself, but Im in my 50s, I think the guy at the register should have at least asked if I needed help.I went back to the store today for a gift, I went to Walmart first but couldnt find it there and the Walmart employees are clueless. Im glad I found what I needed at Tractor Supply.

With a new building and new employees it is as expected for NEW location. I went in for a 1/2 inch threaded male to A tapered to 1/2 inch nylon fitting, explaining to the first represent that it was for a tractor spray rig . She instructed me to the hand nozzle house hold common garden nozzle stayers which has no fittings nearly close to what I needed! I was dissapointed, needless to say! Im mean I thought I was at a Tractor Supply store! So I wonder around for a bit getting side track and ran into another employee. I had to stop him literally, didnt address me or acknowledge for that matter! I asked again were the fittings were. Remind you I had the part in my hand in which I come for from home! He directed me to the general area, escorted me as well I thought things will be better. Well I was wrong he had no clue, no knowledge of a simple nylon part I ended up finding myself. Now I believe a bit of training would do this business alot of good!

Pretty clever idea... The room contains 2 adjustable height grooming tables.brushwe and combs for comout, nail clippers, shampoos, conditioner. 4 hp blower for drying, towels, two walk in tubs with an adjustable sprayer nozzle... Everything is there except your dog and cost is $9.99... Very cool offering.
