I went to this store last week . The manager was so helpful . The store was clean and organized. I will come back if I have any problems or when I want to upgrade my phone.
Came in and a sales rep Juan helped me pick out a new phone for my son and had the best attitude when helping me and even took the time out of his day to install all the apps I need.
Bad Store AVOID AT ALL COST! Went in to Activate a BYO Phone, Manager said as she was walking out the door that it wouldnt work and Id have to buy on of their phones. I told her I just purchased this from AT&T. Cricket operates on AT&T. She laughed and left me with a brand new employee that didnt even know how to insert the sim card. I had to insert it for him. Then the Card reader was broken and I couldnt sign for the contract, kid had no clue what to do. The store was cluttered the check out stand cluttered with garbage the whole store looked like lazy people managed it. And even worse, its now 3 days after I paid for activation, the phone still isnt activated and working. I HOPE they give me a hard time getting my money back because I will sue the bejezuz out of them! Consumer, beware - Cricket Bonham isnt the place to do business.
My experience with this store was fantastic! I thought the staff was very helpful, professional and courteous. It was nice to have them help with the tranfer and setup of our new phones
Very poor experience, the manager refused to help my associate whose only task was setting up my new phone. My associate was trying hard but had no idea what do and each and every step had to get the manager. The manager meanwhile came by for a few seconds and would walk away. I was there over an hour while this circus played out. Then they transferred my moms number to the phone instead of mine. The manager could have easily handled this entire situation front the very beginning but refused to do so. It should have beenmuch quicker and cleaner and all around better. then they had to the gall to make me try and fix my moms phone possibly paying a reactivation fee. I dont normally get upset but Im livid.

Todays visit is the 4th consecutive time that I have stopped at this location and COMPLETELY wasted my time. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.

Just wasted two hours of our day trying to get a new line set up. Have Black Friday deals but yet their systems are down. You can’t honor your sale price

I had gotten set up in the paris store which took over 2 hours to set up two new lines with new service. My sister in law said try the Bonham store. So when we decided to add 3 lines for my kids i went there instead of paris. There was 4 employees in there. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and had me and my children set up with 3 new lines in and out in 15 mins. Great service there!
Very rude staff and will cuss out people out. One of the employees there called my store cussing us out because one of their customers had some wrong information. If they believe another store gave out wrong information then they can simply call and ask why this information was given out and if the information was wrong correct them professionally. Example. Hello im calling from so and so. I have a customer who said you gave them this information. This information is incorrect and i would like to give you the correct info so things domt get mixed up. Ive never really had an issue with this company until this. They need new staff and management.
Why dont they ever answer their phone. when a custome calls we exprect an answer. you can lose so much business by just not answering the phone.
I went because I had a little problem with my cell phone and I knew that my phone was secured.The girl asked me all my information and the girl who answered me just told me what I already knew and she gave me a number she gave me.On few words at the end she said she could not do anythingIf you have time dont lose the time here better going to Sherman or other branch office
Very terrible. They never give you the right information you need and they are very rude. The service sucks and theyre more expensive than metro pcs!
