We bought a house full of furniture and between Casey helping with the furniture and Tony with mattresses, we had a very pleasurable and stress free experience! Casey helped coordinate everything together from the furniture, lamps, tables, and area rugs, and knowing what kind of decor I wanted, she did it with ease! Dwayne and I were so impressed with both her and her husband on how knowledgeable they were! We were so happy we did the business with them instead of a big box store! We felt like we were getting the personal attention we needed and as much time as we wanted. No pressures. Just pure fun! Thank you Casey and Tony! PS... Rose was a sweetheart!

I purchased a lift chair for my husband about 6 months ago since he has had a hard time getting out of his chair and I cant help him. It has worked perfectly, so I just called to get another one for myself. The staff was so nice to talk to and very helpful. The told me there are some delays because of the virus, but that is expected. I know they will do their best to get it to me as fast as possible. I would much rather buy from a small town business than a corporation. We are grateful to have them available to us instead of the big corporation stores.

Great store, friendly/helpful sales people and good selection. I was told due to COVID that delivery could take up to a couple of weeks but they delivered in a couple of days. I grew up in small town where my grandparents ran local furniture store, so it took me back to my own family ran furniture store.

Past and Present Furniture in Bonham, TX is our absolute go to furniture store. The staff is amazing. They are professional, friendly, and informative. The store itself is well kept, relaxing, and has many displays to choose from.They strive to please and customer service is their top priority. If they can, they will.

I purchased a Lazy-boy chair here. The staff were very helpful and not pushy at all. The price was competitive with other stores 40 miles away so I was happy to purchase local.

They told me a price of 2 leather recliners. 749.00 each over the phone. I asked them to send me pictures of the two they had. They sent me pictures around 10:am the next day. I live probably close to 40 or 50 miles away the reason I asked before I drove all the way over there. She gave mea price of 14??.00. I was so mad they wasted my time. I purchased another leather recliner the same day somewhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! HIGH PRICES AND WAS RUDE!!!! I will never go back and anyone that asks about them I will tell them the TRUTH.

I ordered my Mom a lift chair and bought a computer desk and chair. This was all done before Mother’s Day. The lift chair and computer desk have been delivered, but here it is July 1st and I still do not the computer desk chair. I called today and no one answered. I am making payments on a chair I have not received!

We went in to this place of business and purchased a bed frame after running home to grab more money and to return. After purchase we were told that we could get it today. Only to be told that we would have to wait a week when there was a floor model and have in mind that we were told that we could have the floor model. I will never recommend or return to this establishment.
