They charge an .80 bag fee on every pickup order, even when you bring your own bags and decline their bags. There is no 5% savings when fees are being added. Ive contacted their support team and instead of fixing the problem, they ask you go in for a refund. Theres a reason I do pickup. Please just fix your system.

Terrible overhead music track playing very loudly in the store! I couldnt wait to leave! I used to love shopping at Target when it was possible to shop in peace. Whose bad idea was it to start playing that awful noise? Please stop!

It was nice the hallways were open and theyre very few people in the store which means they are keeping up with the covered mandate.

Target is an enigma to me. The store is clean and well stocked but Im never sure who their target demographic is. The store tries to be the jack of all trades but is in fact a master of none . In truth, Target in Bonney Lake dedicates most of its shelf space to womans clothing, shoes, and other similar items . Lastly, it you ever need help from a store employee, bring a megaphone.

Its got a nice store layout - easy to find what youre looking for, good selection and Prices to boot. Always been able to find an employee when I needed one unlike some others, one across the street, but you didnt hear it from me.

Unsafe!!! Contacted corporate afew weeks ago as there are multiple staff members wearing only face shields without masks but no change happened. This protects neither them nor us especially as we learn this virus is more airborne than initially thought. Signs posted clearly outside and new kiosk in the entry has masks but people just remove their masks or pull them down and wander about unquestioned or escorted out. High risk, no deal is worth it.

The Starbucks is Amazing! Every single Starbucks employee at Target is so friendly, kind, and have great social skills. Their coffee making skills are amazing too. They make a great team and are very efficient with how they prepare orders. They get the job done quickly and always have a great attitude. I love it.

Its easy and convenient! Order anytime of day through the app, the store lets you know when its ready, and they bring it out to the car for you. Just use the app to let them know youre on the way and when youve arrived. I love it!

The store is clean and the prices are reasonable.I used online ordering with the option to pick-up in store. First time I have done an order like that anywhere. Target in Bonney Lake, WA set the bar high. I received a text within 30 minutes that my order was ready, so I zipped down to the store and went to Guest Services. No line, everything was ready to go. The gal helped me get the bar code up on my phone and she was happy and calm, no annoyance, no impatience, no attitude, just a person who does her job at 100% and then tries to go take it further.I had been cleaning and needed a few supplies, so I was kind of frumpy looking and a bit embarassed, she let me know that they just opened the drive-up, pick-up lanes in the parking lot so that we can pull up and theyll bring the order out.Im very pleased with the whole process and appreciate employees that make the whole process go so well; from whoever shopped my items to the gal at the service desk. Thank you, Target!

I ordered my sons school supplies online for in store pick up. Easy to navigate website. Great deals. Fast, easy, and convenient. Good communication for my order status. When I went to pick up my order the employee that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5, there is no signage in the store informing of where to pick up online orders. I had to find an employee and ask... After going through my order, they left out one item but I still paid for it. Went down a star for that

I really enjoy this Target. I find that it tends to be cleaner and better stocked than others I have shopped. I usually am able to get in and out pretty quickly after finding everything I need

So I came to target and their sprinkler head is higher than the curb, I pulled up and it ripped my bumper off backing out, this literally just happened 6-1-2019. No instant gratification to this process corporate can take up to 24 hours 🤧, 24 hours to hear back from target hoping to edit this review and give you a better judgment upon what target is doing to fix this problem.

Target is my go-to place for most everything I dont nuy at the grocery store. The only bad thing is the pharmacy. They are not affiliated with Target and if you ask them about any over the counter items they tend to be rude as they inform you to ask a Target employee. It was much better when Target ran the pharmacy.

Every time I visit the store, you have to weekly specials (i.e. by 2 get the 3rd for free) when we go up to check out they do not always acknowledge to specials. I have gotten into the habit of taking a picture of all of the cell taps and when we get to the checkout we have to show them and then they make corrections accordingly. Dont know if this is a software issue or a matter of the management for the store not having updated their system. Very annoying to constantly verify we are getting the savings that are advertised. The management at the store is very annoyed to come up and make these changes. Our last exchange we were actually scolded by an assistant manager who was apparently very annoyed until we showed pictures and examples. Good luck getting your cell prices, LOL.

Wonderful place to shop if you enjoy the color blood red, long slow lines at checkout, and chatty cashiers that will comment on all of your purchases. If they would just replace the awkward cashiers with self-checkout, or even normal cashiers, this place would be perfect. But, that doesnt seem to be the target way...

They are NOT enforcing the mask rule and letting MANY people in without wearing one even though its the LAW to wear one. Its ridiculous how careless they are. If people have a problem with the masks then they can order through drive-up or have it shipped to them so i dont know what the excuses could possibly be. They are just careless.

The same as with any other target but dont expect to find much in the way of wild animal food. We went there looking for squirrel food and they had none. As a matter of fact all they had along those lines was contained on the end of one aisle and it was only wild bird seed.

I walked around the whole store looking for something specific and couldnt locate it. And every time a employee walked by I couldnt catch them for help. Nor did anyone ask if I needed help. I use to work for target so I know thats not how Target services customers. I left empty handed.

Really enjoy this Target. Very clean store, people are friendly and helpful, and even knowledgeable, which isnt something that can be said about all of them.

It is probably just a coincidence that every time I have an issue the manager is never there. I have reported the problem 6 times but never to the manager that is never there when Im there. The problem is trying to shop and buy things. The shelves are so grammed whith stock that when you take one down, 3 more fall on the floor. It happens in every department except the designer decor. It is so frustrating that I will not shop there any more.

I am so beyond annoyed and confused at Targets now picking and choosing stores now that accepts WIC? The target site clearly states that they did, therefore I toted all 3 kids in for my first WIC experience (seeing signs on all other Targets that accepts it) here I am spending a HOUR verifying every little detail to get to the register to hear they dont do it at this store. I wasted not only my time, but now they have to defect out all the cold stuff I had taken out! What a total waste!!!!! So frustrated. You failed me BIG today bonney lake target. Im sorry to the companies affected by their lack of communication and non-updated policies they have posted online.
