I made the trip to Boone to visit my favorite servicing auto dealership. It gives us an excuse to come to Boone from Winston-Salem. On the way up, a lumber truck through a rock. It put a large bullet like hole in my windshield. I just knew that there was no way it could be repaired. I placed several calls inquiring the process for windshield repair. With the current Co-vid related issues, and to put it nicely, I received no good news.I asked my dealership if there was a local place to call and inquire about a possible repair, to hold me over until the windshield could be replaced. Appalachian was recommended. I phoned and spoke with Chris. He immediately said come on by. I will take a look. Not only did Chris and his associate stop what they were doing, they repaired what seemed to be an unrepairable windshield. The cost was nearly nothing. The experience far exceeded any expectations. This is the way a business should be run!

As a very busy chimney sweep it’s hard to find time to take the truck off line for anything. The folks at Apoalachian auto glass have done two windshields for me and have provided excellent service in a timely manner at a good price with excellent service. My husband, my 3 month old, and I were on vacation in the area and unfortunately our rooftop glass broke while driving home. The owner personally picked us up to take us to the shop. They then vacuumed our whole vehicle and patched up the hole so that we would be able to drive home. They were all so kind and amazing! Highly recommend!

Great work good prices

Took my car in for a leaking windshield. I have no idea how they came to the conclusion that it was a clogged sunroof drain, but they did. The person I hired to fix the leaking sunroof found no clog, but tested the windshield just to be safe. He was able to push it out of the frame on both sides - the seal was completely loose. Id recommend taking your vehicle to someone who actually checks out the problem instead of just assuming.

We have a 2009 Toyota Corolla, which was leaking into the floorboard behind the drivers seat. We had tried to find the leak and thought we had fixed it, but it still leaked. Appalachian Auto Glass did find the leak and got it sealed. They were so professional and thorough and didnt give up until they found where water was coming in. Professional, honest and reasonable.
