We were in town visiting our daughter for brunch. Our order was correct and delicious. My over medium eggs were cooked to perfection. The potatoes and coffee are pure goodness. The patio w/music was a great place to relax. The staff was friendly and busy about taking care of everyone. Highly recommend.
Such delicious bagels at this spot. I appreciate the way they have thoughtfully integrated covid restrictions. Both times we went, someone brought our order out to the car which was so nice. Today was my first time getting the breakfast special and definitely not my last. The home fries have some peppery spice that way unexpected and appreciated this morning.Special shout out to the bagel chips! Theyre a tasty, budget friendly snack that travels quite well.
If you are in Boone looking for a great bagel, they will not disappoint! The have a great selection of fresh bagels that are soft in the center and crispy on the outside. We love the coffee too! For those of you are lactose intolerant, they have dairy free options for the coffee! This place is one of my go to places when I visit Boone.

I am not sure if they were having a bad day or if this is the norm but the place was dirty when we were there for breakfast. Trash all over the outside. Flies. Yellow jackets. Food was less than average. Seemed like a place that does not care for cleanliness, service or taste.

The most delicious bagel sandwich Ive ever eaten is the Bagelicious with Swiss on everything bagel. I have gotten this every single time and will keep getting it. Also the sweet tea slaps

Very long line. Not many bagels left, and the bagels didnt even taste fresh. Despite this I would probably go back again. I had eaten there once a few years ago and it was okay then.
Absolutely great! We stopped by while driving through to get some breakfast and the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese was fantastic! Bagels were of great quality and the service was excellent as well. Can only applaud a place with a closed dining room and all staff wearing masks at this point too. Prices were reasonable as well!
Friends recommended this place on our first day in Boone and we went back for the 3 days we were in town. Breakfast 2 days and lunch 1 day. Wish we had one of these in Concord.

I really enjoyed eating at the Boone Bagelry on King Street in Boone as everything was very tasty and good. Their bagels were amazing and really hit the spot when I was hungry and needed it. I really like that there is a discount for paying cash which I was able to take advantage of. The staff here was friendly and attentive and got my order ready very quickly. This place came through and I enjoyed my experience here.
There was a line when we visited, but they were very efficient & the wait wasnt long at all. Latte was good, bagel delicious!
A boone staple. It hits the middle every time. Consistently consistent. Its the perfect hangover breakfast spot. However thats the only perfect youll get. Everything else will be fine though.
Asked for 2 bagels. One with fried egg and Munster cheese. One with bacon, egg and cheese. Both were wrong. One had lunch meat instead of bacon. The one that was supposed to not have bacon had bacon and lunch meat of some kind. Walmart has better bagels. What a disappointment for $6.00 a piece. Save your money and go to McDonalds.

This place definitely seemed like a local staple! I’m vegan so I got the hummus sandwich with tempeh and it was good! Pricey, though. Wish they had some vegan cream cheese or something.

My family and I LOVE Boone Bagelry!! We go there a lot for breakfast. Their breakfast sandwiches are always really good, though they always put a TON of cream cheese on the regular bagel spreads. I have to take off like half of the cream cheese because its way too much. Next time Ill order it on the side. Everything tastes wonderful, though!

I came in from out of town and ordered these bagels and they were absolutely incredible. I got delivery,(which was free) and the woman on the phone who took my order was incredibly patient. I also got cheese in my grits and they didn’t just throw a slice on top, they layered the sliced cheese in so they were cheesy throughout, talk about pride in one’s work. The food got here in a very timely manner. The delivery delivery driver called upon arrival and was very respectful wearing a mask the entire interaction. 10000/10 would go again!

Awesome lox bagel!! We were visiting and went back for another one the next day. 4 stars because the 2nd day the bagel was very over cooked. Idk if that was a fluke or their quality varies a lot. I would go back bc of the first bagel, but not the second. Next time we visit Boone well try it again and see.

The bagels aren’t worth the stress that comes with the service. Have tried over and over giving Boone bagelry a chance but always seem to have an issue. They forgot to deliver one of our bagels and when they came the second time, we had to pay for it again and the guy delivering asked us how much we thought the bagel costs. The worker was asking the customer of the price of a product he was delivering. It just didn’t make any sense. Save your money and just make your own bagel at home. Way less stressful. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the bacon there is good.

So take out only during COVID, I needed a bathroom and they said they don’t have one? What kind of a restaurant take out or not doesn’t have bathrooms?Cashier says I can use campus library if I’m a student and I’m not. Then says use jimmy johns or courthouse bathrooms. Went to JJ they don’t allow non customers, walked five blocks to government center and it was closed! Not cool BB!
Was so excited to try this place out I love bagels and I’m gluten free. When we got out here after waiting in line and waiting on our bagels we were disappointed.. me and my boyfriend ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese what we got was 2 cold bagels not toasted with so much cream cheese we had had to scrape half of it off to even eat it. It wasn’t good. Also while I was waiting for my bagels I was off to the corner not around anyone I had on a mask I slipped down for a half second to drink a sip of my coffee I had and before I had the chance to pull it up a employee from behind the counter yelled out to me that I need to put my mask on correctly literally yelled. My mask wasn’t off and I wasn’t near anyone I was just about to fix it before she yelled out to me. I get it it’s the rules but the way she went about it was inappropriate and embarrassing.
Visited this restaurant while vacationing. I looked them up on Facebook prior to arriving and my daughter picked out something she liked. When I mentioned it to the girl at the front she looked at me like I was crazy and said it must have been for a different place. I looked back again, and it was definitely posted on their Facebook page (which, by the way, their Facebook doesn’t allow reviews - go figure). I pulled down my mask for just a second to scratch my face and the girl behind the counter yelled at me to pull it up, while in the process of already pulling it back up, mind you. The eggs we ordered came scrambled instead of over-easy. All around a bad experience and my family will not be returning on any future trips.I just received a reply to this review that is listed below. I am appalled at the level of complete lies that were listed in the reply just because your business received a negative review. There was absolutely NO yelling and I would NEVER act like that, and especially in front of my children. I also never once asked for a manager or even spoke to a manager. I wasn’t on my phone talking at all either. Myself and both my children had on masks and support them, I only moved down my mask for a second to scratch my face as I truthfully put in my review. This reply is absolutely absurd and I can’t believe a business owner would go to the lengths of blatantly lying to try and cover up bad service. You should have taken the criticism and used it to make your business better and not make up complete lies. How awful. It just reiterates that posting the review was the right thing to do to deter anyone from supporting a business owner that would make up lies to cover their own shortcomings. How completely sad.
The service here is terrible. The only reason they get more than one star is because the food was okay. We waited at our table for over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and we were there for over an hour before we got our food. The coffee tasted like hot water and cardboard, and the place felt pretty dirty. When we got there, there was a large table next to us that hadnt been bussed, and was covered in food and dishes. It was still like that an hour later. There were also used, empty creamers in the creamer basket at our table. I will not return here, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.*Edited to add, there was one waitress there who seemed pretty good, and on top of things. And the OJ was really good. Maybe they should open an orange juice stand instead? Just a thought.
Bagels are always good, but cashier doesnt know how to count. Asked for 1/2 dozen and only got 5 bagels. Noticed after I got home and live 2 hours away.

Boone bagelry is the best! I come about once a week and the food and service is always great. The waitresses go out of their way to remember you and your order. They’re always accommodating and work so hard. The food is amazing!! I highly recommend the everything bagel! You won’t regret bringing your family and friends to this wonderful place.

Boone Bagelry is a fantastic place with great food and great people serving. The wait staff go out of their way to be kind and attentive to the patrons and the food is fantastic. I recommend everyone go here if theyre ever looking for a place for breakfast or lunch, if theyre open, its worth going. They also offer a cash discount of 5% so you can save a little money on top of the reasonable prices.

The food was pretty good. My fiance liked her gluten free bagel. The gravy I ordered with my biscuit wasnt anything special but it wasnt that expensive either. The biggest negative was our server. She was very rude and didnt smile at us one time. She was very unprofessional and even acted upset when we asked for lids for the coffee. Ive honestly never had a waitress that so severely lacked emotional intelligence. We visited Saturday morning, 2/16/19. She was the red haired one. The dark haired one seemed nicer.

My husband and I wandered in her for some breakfast on our anniversary trip. We loved the atmosphere. People out milling around so early with their dogs. The sun dried tomatoes bagel with the cucumber dill was amazing! We will be back for sure ♡

Visited Boone and was excited to eat here for breakfast. I ordered the Bagelicious sandwich on everything bagel with the Overstuffed option that adds a couple dollars and half to the regular size. For just under $8 I got a really mediocre bagel sandwich that had a couple strips of bacon and a slice of ham and a couple eggs. Big let down and not enough value for the money. Do not recommend at all. Big let down.
If you’re from the north and would like to feel better about going back home or ruining the “slow charm” of the south for yourself, highly recommend. We left before our food got to us because of the wait. We ordered toasted bagels to go, not duck confit! The town was beautiful, but if you have plans to go out and enjoy it, don’t waste the time here.One more tip, require your kitchen staff to wear gloves. Once I saw that, I was almost relieved I left.
